As to your withdrawal issue, a couple of suggestions for you:

• if there is a rep for your casino listed on the iGaming reps page then they should be your first point of contact for getting this resolved.
• if there is no rep listed then perhaps you could let us know which casino/SB we are talking about and that’ll give everyone here a chance to assist with advice, guidance, etc.

I came across your post in 2022 about Mr Vegas not being on board and then a rep coming on board is this stil the case I couldn’t find them on the list?

Yeah, I thought someone had mentioned this but it might have been elsewhere on the forums. Mr Vegas was and then wasn’t on the forums by their own choice. They’ve since maintained a “no forums” policy … except when they don’t.

Anyhoo, they are a sister (brother?) casino of VideoSlots so you can take any Mr Vegas issue to @Team.Videoslots and they’ll be able to help you. They have another guy on the forums but I believe he prefers to (mostly) remain in the wings so I’ll not mention him here.
