    I already briefly introduced myself in the TivoliCasino BBF thread, but I think that it is only right that I do the same here.

    I have known this site for a long time but until now I haven´t made an account. As a representative for a TivoliCasino feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions or other issues. :)

    Great start.
    Got verification e-mail, clicked on 'play now' and went to site, said I couldn't log in as not verified. :rolleyes:

    By then had deleted the e-mail and NO facility to resend the verification e-mail. Asks me to e-mail CS as no live chat.

    Thought I'd save some time and pretend I'd forgotten password to see if 'reset password' e-mail would substitute.

    Did that then got message 'you can now log-in with your new password'.

    Pages taking ages to load despite my 50mb cable speed.

    After 2 minutes log-in page comes up, log-in and lo and behold!

    Still not verified! :(

    I can't be assed to wait hours for a response to an e-mail so am giving up. You people have a lot to learn about running an online casino. This is awful. :mad:

    It gets even better.....

    No game search.

    Every time you leave game it logs you out.

    Pressed deposit, 'transfer funds' came up, when I entered deposit amount it stated 'this offer already used' WTF??? I wasn't trying to get a bonus, just a simple deposit!

    Tried Chrome to see if it improved matters: Tried the homepage and got this FFS!

    EVENTUALLY got it to load in Chrome, same as IE - the deposit amount goes blue (see photo) and some BS about bonuses comes up, can't proceed with the deposit!

    Sorry, but this isn't a BbF, this is surely getting CM members to beta-test the bloody site. I cannot recall ever having had such a frustrating and poor experience.

    Sorry, thanks for your help but I'm at the end of my tether with it now.

    To be honest I feel a bit cheated, spending my money to do your work for you and tell you what's wrong with the site.

    All this stuff should have been ironed-out before going live.

    P.S. Have closed the account for 3 months, maybe the problems and bonus issues will be remedied by then. A very unsatisfactory experience I'm afraid. I know you're good guys and will get it right eventually, but for now not for me! Spend my deposits on some IT guys!
