Hopefully he will address some of the complaints on the forum and then some of the members that feel hard done by might get some answers.
I am all ears. What excuses can you have for blatantly ripping off players and not responding to complaints?

They are not an Accredited Casino Rep and BC Game is in the Grey Zone. The Gremlins in the forum system have been dealt with :).

My intention for joining the forum is not to argue with players, but to listen and help where possible. If there are unresolved complaint threads or cases involving BC.GAME, please feel free to tag me or link them here.

I will review them with our internal team and try to provide updates where possible.

Hi, we’d be happy to assist you in addressing the past cases that we still have on the books as unresolved.

The easiest thing for us both would probably be for us to simply include you in each player’s Ticket, which is where we discuss the case with the player. Normally those Tickets are private to us and the player but if we include you then you’d also be able to see the discussion and participate as needs be. The public cannot see those discussions so feel free to be as frank as you might feel is necessary.

Since these are past cases there is a very good chance the player is long gone given that we weren’t able to do anything for them. In cases like that we’d ask that you give us a summary of where the casino left things with the player and why. Assuming the player isn’t available to continue the discussion that is probably where those dead cases would be closed and archived.

One word of warning: we’re talking about as many as 50 cases or so here so I hope you are prepared for this, it’s likely going to take a while to get through it all.

Just a friendly ask but could you maybe go easy on the “paid for praise” accusations.

I totally get that there is some … “disconnect" between us here on the forums and what some of the Reviews/Ratings indicate on the Wordpress side of the side. The bottom line is that the forum crew, including myself, are all hold-overs from before the acquisition by Gentoo. Gentoo totally runs and controls the Wordpress side of the site, which includes the Reviews and the Ratings.

On the other hand it’s just us old hands — and @Nate who has recently joined the team but has in fact been on the site for a good while — here on the forums. Our marching orders ever since acquisition have been “be Casinomeister” which we’ve learned means “do your Casinomeister thing”. In other words, be honest, be critical, don't take the knee for money, and kiss no rings. And that’s very much what we’re trying to do, every hour of every day.

So, the issue with the Reviews and Ratings is a hill we’re yet to climb. It’s coming, it very much is a priority, but there’s a ton of stuff to be done and we haven’t got around to tackling that bear just yet.

So if I may ask: please do feel free to be critical and point out where there is a glaring/misleading/dangerous disconnect between what you see, or know to be the case, with a casino and what the Reviews and/or Ratings are saying. That’s a constructive approach that we can add to the growing list of similar concerns to take to and negotiate with the Content team in charge of the Reviews and/or Ratings when the time comes.

On the other hand, please do not keep sniping at us with the “get paid much?” comments because 1. you’re attacking the wrong people, and 2. that just creates another fire we have to fight before we can get to the real work of reconciling what we see/hear/know about a casino here on the forums and what the Reviews and/or Ratings might be saying.

I hope it’s clear that this is not an attack and it’s not a punishment, far from it. I’m simply trying to direct that energy into a positive push for change and improvement. I hope you can agree and work with us on this.

Hello, i play in BC about a year and a half. Thinks i like, withdraw are instant and never a problem, RTP max. The rewards is not bad. Thinks i dont like, every withdraw have a charge, dont have play and go games.

Appreciate you stepping in here — and thank you for the work you and the team continue to do. I understand it’s not always easy balancing different perspectives, especially in situations like this.

From our side, we’re not here to argue with players or debate perceptions. We’re here to take responsibility where needed and help resolve actual cases.

If there are unresolved complaints or specific player issues, I’d really encourage members to tag me directly in those threads. I will personally review them with our internal teams and do my best to provide clear updates or resolutions.

We’re also aware that there have been concerns raised in the past, and I’m here with the intention of addressing those constructively rather than avoiding them.

Not to have a pop at the rep, but there are just 4/5 points regurgitating the same AI tripe.

'If there are unresolved complaints or specific player issues' - He knows there is, but it looks like a classic case of window dressing.

Bring back the man from Del Monte.

Well, there are something like 50 cases for him to work his way through so if it’s just window dressing he’s got in mind he’s going to be a very busy guy. And I’m no fan of being bullshitted so if it’s “fine, all fine, nothing to see here” then that’ll be a problem in and of itself.

I say let the man step up and we’ll see what he’s got. The speculations won’t matter much from that point on.

As to the DelOro muppets, don’t forget they openly lied to the membership on multiple occasions, pulled the sock-puppet trick and then lied about that, blackmailed players to silence them, etc ad nauseum. I wouldn’t welcome those guys to an out-house digging party. Here’s a link to their Warning in case your memory needs refreshing.

@BcgameGlobal , you’ll soon start receiving invitations to join us in the PAB Tickets for those backlogged player complaints I’ve been referring to. If you have questions please ask them in the individual Ticket or, if necessary, you can Private Message us.

Thank you very much. In fact, Canisomeister is a completely new platform for us, so there's no such thing as a 'problem I clearly understand'. I knew there would be a backlog of complaints, which is why I'm here, to resolve issues.

What some people fail to realize this isnt just some happy friendly rep taking some heat for no reason.

There are very serious complaints against this casino.

On another forum. The have been found guillty of not paying a player for a large amount of money for a ridiculous reason. That complaint center has told them straight up, the player did nothing wrong, pay the player.

And they are still refusing and trying to fight it claiming totally outragous reasonings FOR OVER A YEAR.

Amongst tonnes of other complaints of non pay.


If this was a fresh casino with an ok reputation. Perfectly understandable but this casino has a tonne of issues and Im happy the gambling community is reminding them that if you rip people off elsewhere, we will see it and be held accountable by the members of the community.

If you are a casino and you run around and rip people off just know, the community is always watching!

If you want to start fresh and do what is right RESOLVE ALL THE ISSUES EVERYWHERE. Not just little ones on here to try and gain some reputation.

Here is a good start. It's better to resolve some rather than none. But you must address complaints that are all over the forums NOT JUST HERE.

I think casinomeister allows it when a rep is willing to work out issues.

Starting to resolve some issues may snowball and end up resolving all of them. That is of course, if the casino truly does care about its reputation.

I dont really see the harm in allowing them as long as they work towards cleaning up their bs. If it ends up in getting players paid, Im all for it. i feel bad for players when they get shafted. I know how it feels.

So I think it's fair that this casino rep gets the hard questions and aggressive behavior from forum members. They have done alot of bs elsewhere (not sure about here)

You cant run around the internet and rip people off and then come on another forum and expect forum members to be all happy go daisy with them.
 
I think you guys are being a bit harsh here. They've made the effort to join and right there wrongs. Give them the chance to right those wrongs rather than scaring them off.

I think I played very briefly at BC.Game awhile back, got paid no issues but off boarding crypto has become enough of a nuisance that I no longer play crypto.
 
I think time will tell with this on how seriously the BC rep will take it and if they will resolve complex issues.

Yes, one seams to be sorted, but on the face of it (as we don't have all the details) it was a fairly simple complaint to resolve (based on what we have seen posted earlier in this thread) - i will be interested to see how this progresses and a what point (if any).the complaints stop getting resolved

I really hope that all the concerns are addressed.

Personally, from what I have seen here and on other sites, I think bc game are a parasitic corrupt company and I honestly wouldn't care if they went up in smoke tomorrow.

On the other hand, I'm happy to rescind that and admit i was wrong (which is very very rare - ask my mrs) if they make good on what they have said they will do.

I’m all fairness, I quite like BC Game, apart from my previous VIP rep at the site absolutely clueless I stopped playing there as they did not play slots themselves or seem to understand what gambling , slots, questions and how answering them worked.

If the @BcgameGlobal rep has sometime if they can personally DM me, re maybe playing again + need to redo some KYC; as the auto system didn’t work for me ; and support only had the skills to direct me to the automated system so that went nowhere ; and as a rule of being burnt other sites and eons ago I won’t deposit / play if I’m not verified.

Each to their own, I provide some good advice on this forum from personal experiences and also being a +EV fruit machine player in the UK.

I don't need to get into a debate about feelings on a forum.

If you want to sign up to the casino in question you are welcome to, nobody is stopping you.
 
Would it be possible to get an update on how many complaints the rep has resolved?
Ok, finally got that summary. I believe it’s been 6 cases so far:
  • 2 cases dimissed because of player fraud.
  • 1 case dismissed because the OP turned into a foul-mouthed and abusive rage monster.
  • 1 case resolved for the player.
  • 2 cases still in progress.
