Hi, new member here.
I recently signed up to Hello Fortune through a recommendation on reddit *Snip*

I've made a few deposits, played a bit and they have actually paid out £400.

Last night I hit the jackpot on Rio Gems, £10,000! Now although that money would be nice, when I started I only used money I was willing to use, so its not the end of the world if they turn out to be a scam site but an extra 10k would allow me to clear a few debts and save a bit of interest.

Each time I ran out of funds they deposited amounts into my account, £50, £60, £40 and £50 with no wagering restrictions.

I was hoping others have had dealings with this casino and whether I should be patient as they give the usual 7-21 days or just cut my acceptable losses and play through the roughly 12k I have in there for fun.

Fingers crossed a pay out will land but I am not holding my breath!

Thanks, apologies for the link, I don't have an issue at present and they have actually paid out £400 within an hour and a half of me requesting.

That's to rope you in.

The casino is unlicensed. The casino targets the vulnerable. There are multiple complaints of Non-payment online. It's a scam casino - stay away!

How much have you deposited in total?
I gather the £400 they have paid is in excess of your deposits?
Yes I've deposited £200 in total so I'm not too worried about loosing that or attempting a chargeback. My main query is whether I should wait and see what happens or I will be wasting my time and I should just use the 12k in there for fun.

No, just ignore it and see if any of it is eventually paid out. Unlikely, but you'll never know if you spunk the balance now, will you?

You've written it off anyway in your mind, probably correctly, so just wait - you have nothing to lose.

Just was honest with them, guy put it down as goods not received as the merchant codes were for totally different companies and the casino has no comeback as they cant say it was for gambling because that's then against visa t&c

Thank you, sorry this happened to you. I made multiple deposits so will try my best. I asked ChatGPT and they said it’s super unlikely I’d get anything back so just wanted to check someone’s real experience.

Thought i would add a little update to this.
So my bank have now confirmed they have finalised my chargeback case and the £200 + currency conversion fees are now mine to keep. So with the £400 winnings they paid me I am now £400 better off but that's not the end of it because the merchant has also refunded the transactions separately from the chargeback so £600 better off. £800 back after getting scammed for £200 happy days.

Total and utter scammers I've been trying since for my withdrawal and they just keep cancelling it when I've been strung along with nonsense about my money being safe, and they are following their process rules, they're scammers end of
