Just looking for some insight and possibly a rep reference to bobs casino. I’m not sure if I went to an older thread but found bobs casino on your accredited thread and gave it a whirl. Had some rough luck but it turned around on Friday after hitting 800$ on a game and looking to withdrawl but just been getting the run around all weekend. And help would be much appreciated and if more detail is needed I can share! Thanks lads!

if you mean bob casino theyre listed as rogue here ie 'stay away' with no rep
 
They are asking for my card number be issued on the statement but I’ve told them endless times that it is a visa debit card and the only things it shows are my account # transit # and my institutional #. I’m from Canada and the bank told me that does not happen. They have accepted every other document and refuse to pay till that is done. Pretty irritating especially since they had no problem accepting those cards put when I show proof of deposits and statement with name still refuse cause card number is not visible
 
I have found Bob's Casino to be the same, lots of run around although they are in the same brand N1 interactive, that have a lot of good casino's. I have been asked to provide similar types of documents that don't exist. Canadian Banks don't have IBAN numbers, we don't use them but they ask at least 5 times for the statement that has to have an IBAN number on it and my name, it does not exist. Finally got verified on my first withdrawal, second withdrawal, this is what they asked for:

Dear player,

The name shall be displayed once you download the transaction (we see this option from your screenshots).

Its not displayed on a downloaded transaction, what they are actually asking for is a bank statement that is produced once per month. So unprofessional in how they contact their clients with requests - that they don't use the proper terminology. I have actually given up getting my withdrawal as what they are requesting isn't available. Told them to keep the 500 and close the account as its not worth having to deal with their customer service and unprofessional approach to their clients.
