Well that just goes to show you that some evil dictators do have soft spots.
Now that I think about it, all of the evil geniuses that I can think of do love cats, but they are also fictional.

I wonder if anyone has ever done a research about how real-life dictators felt about kitties.
The only problem is that most of them are... erm... dead.
