Heard some comments about the casino and decided to give them a try.
I was given a link through a reliable source here to use to get the 55 free spins. Long story short, i clicked on the link, which took me to the affiliate site, clicked on where it said (click here to visit hello casino and receive 55 free spins). So i clicked there and it took me to the casino where I registered using a bonus code of tbf55 and went straight to live chat. Basically morog rejected adding the free spins suggesting i used the wrong link. I pasted the link so she can confirm. She said thats the correct link but i registered wrong and i probably didnt read how to sign up according to the site??? She then went on saying but i have a great offer just for you... If you deposit i will add 100% on your deposit.
It took here too long to respond to each chat messages too...
Not a good first impression.

As I advised you, CS don't always get it right, as I stated in the other thread, so best thing to do is give the new rep Daniel a chance to address your concerns, and the best way for that to happen is to PM him, or post in the other thread he's been frequenting.

He seems to be trying to do the right thing by us, so let's give him a chance. A lot of reps aren't available over the weekends, so you may have to wait until Monday.

Quite a number of sites disallow this game as well as few others so its nothing really new. But yes your right I could not find it in the terms and conditions which it should be. Unless the game is not playable meaning it would not launch if you have a bonus. But if it does allow you to play the game on a bonus but the site does not show in the terms that it is disallowed then this needs to be addressed and is wrong. Can imagine how pissed off unsuspecting players would be in playing a banned game based on the fact they were not told in the T&S that it was disallowed. Bad practice imo.

If it is clear in the terms then no problem you can make an informed choice ... but as far as I can see its not. Unless I missed it somewhere ?

Might be wrong but I think it shows up if you have a bonus in your account to play with as I remember checking the account tabs when I had a bonus to see the list of games I could play as well as my percentage of wagering done and how much left to wager.

Have not played here recently though and may not again because twice the withdrawal times were longer than a week I had to ask CS what was going on. Did eventually get paid out but time wise its slower than mailing me the cash via snailmail .......

That wouldn't be much good as by that time you've already deposited to get the bonus and then found out retrospectively that DOA is not allowed when your under the impression that it is allowed with all the information at your disposal when making the deposit.Rogue practice , i read the terms at length before depositing and thats what i was relying on.Anyway my mistake shouldn't have been anywhere near any casino that wasn't accredited on this site.

Well back in the day before regulation much of what you outline above was on offer ... I used to get all kinds of bonuses sent through. Granted my deposits were much larger then .... but in general it was pretty easy to find a decent 100% match bonus. And I dont think i cashed out more or less when using them but it did entice me to depo more.

Playtech slots have been my savior this past week. Withdrew $100 playing 0.20p in Marilyn Monroe and $120 a few days later playing dragon kingdom also at 0.20p and both at Videoslots.
