Not a frequent gamer but dabble from time to time. Basically need help in solving an issue. I bought credit through my pay pal. I occasionally buy and sell on e Bay and use my pay pal for this attached to my personal bank account. Now a certain casino is not paying my winnings as say my PayPal is a business account -which it is not -and their terms and conditions say that they do not pay to business accounts.

Hi there, tricky situation and I can see you probably don't want to reveal too much at this stage.

At some point you may feel the need to submit a PAB, but maybe first you might want to check out some things to be sure that you have not broken any of the casino terms. Simple things to check are:

1) Is your paypal account a business account? May sound like a dumb question, but is it? Or could it be seen to be one? For example, have you used a business email address?

2) If the answer is no, can you prove it isn't? Is there something in your account that proves it isn't? For example, is it clear its a personal account in the 'settings' or your 'profile'

3) Find any details about using credit cards in the casinos' terms and then read it carefully. Try and figure out if you have broken any terms and whether there is clear guidance on the use of credit cards. Try to be objective as you may have to prove that they are in the wrong.

After you have done all this then and you think you have a strong case that you have been wronged, then you might want to submit a PAB.

Should not matter if its Buisness longs it as your name on it and only yours, My wifes is buisness and so is her email. And longs she was able to prove it was her account she was fine.
