Introducing myself, and a quick comment about the Rival casinos that let me go as far as to set up an account to the point I even receive a welcome email... and then when I try to log in for the first time, they say my account is locked. Kinda sucky if you ask me!

I had the same problem when I signed up for Pantasia - I still can not get in keeps telling me I'm blocked been through C/S - suposedly sent email w/ temp. password - I never got the email - I have no problem getting in to all the other Rivals.
