Having trouble with payout from Sunpalace

This is the 2nd time I've had to post about this casino. I deposited thru e-check on 9/12/07 and made a withdrawl the same day (did not use any bonus). I only played there because they're on the recommended list at this site. A casino rep (summer) responded and told me they take 14 days to process a withdrawl. While i think that is way too long, I deposited again.

Today was 14 days and still no payout. I sent Summer an email about this and she did not respond. I contacted their online support tonight and was told the withdrawl is pending because they're waiting for the e-check to clear. The original deposit was made on 9/12 and cleared my bank account on 9/17/07.

i'm very curious as to the criteria of getting on the recommended list here. Should a withdrawl take over 2 weeks when the funds are removed from bank account within 5 days of deposit.

Please advise because I don't understand how this is reasonable.

Sorry that you are having difficulties, but this is to be expected since you are in the States.

If you are in the US, you should not be playing online if you expect payments to be non-problematic. I have said it over and over, US players need to find something else to do. Non US players usually will be paid within 48 hrs of withdrawing from these casinos - for US players, I guess this is a bit different.

If they told you 14 days for withdrawals, then they are barely late. Sorry, but I guess you need to be a bit more patient with payments. I'll contact their rep to see what's up.

Follow-up to my post

i spoke to Summer at Sunpalace today (15 days out from initital deposit) and she said she didn't know when payment would be made because her financial dept did not notify her. while i do think i will be paid, i would not advise any U.S. players to deposit here using echeck because i received two different answers as to when the echecks clear (10 days or 12 days). Nobody really knows.

All I know is that it came out of my bank account on 9/17 and they were paid. I haven't received withdrawl during their timeframe of 14 days and do not feel that I would continue business with them. Too much a hassle and wait for an "accredited casino".

Debbiek.

Did you read and understand what Bryan said? You are by no means the only one to have problems getting paid, and in a timely fashion, in the U.S. I don't mean to be disrespectful, but if you had read some of the forum's contents when you joined Casinomeister, you wouldn't have needed to post negatively about an recommended or accredited casino. THAT does mean something to anyone that knows anything in the world of online gambling. :)

Obviously, you seem to be telling us that there are casinos which process the echecks much quicker. Can you name a couple of these. Otherwise, why bash the casino when they really do have problems with deposits/withdrawals from US players. Meanwhile, can you stop this 'accreditation' business. Unless the casino is not doing what it could have done, it cannot be faulted.

First of all, I come to this site so that I can filter out casinos which are categorized as quality or non quality. I then make my choice where to deposit. Additionally, I check their terms and conditions on each casinos website.

If I receive a letter from their customer support which states that payments are to be made in 14 days and this information is also confirmed at their website, then that's what I rely on. I conduct the due dilligence 1st here and then verify information that the casino site provides.

I don't appreciate you telling me what i should and shouldn't post. This is an accredited casino in which you would expect better quality. If they don't process withdrawls in the time stated and don't respond to emails (i sent 3 and none of them received an answer), then I AM CONCERNED.

I will probably not post here again because certain people here obviously feel it's ok to get the runaround. The withdrawl is over $900 and I was relying on this after the check cleared bank account on 9/17. If the withdrawl time is 3 weeks after making Echeck deposit, then state that on your website so the depositer knows what to expect. Period.

Nobody is condoning "the runaround". The problem is that the climate for paying players here in the US is completely different than it was a year ago. Unfortunately, depositing is still fairly easy, but withdrawals are not.

By playing at an accredited casino, you can take comfort in knowing that you will be paid, even if it has to take a little longer than their website states, due to the difficulties in getting money to winning US players.

There is an unwritten rule these days for US players, and that is to not rely on the length of time or even the method by which you will receive your withdrawal. The casinos have to keep constantly changing processors often to avoid getting found out and shut down. This chaos is just as unpleasant for the casinos as it is for the players, especially when situations like this arise and it makes the casinos look bad when, ultimately, it is our own government who is really to blame.

Just expect to have these problems no matter where you play, but if you play at an accredited casino at least you know they will eventually pay you. It could be much worse.

Debbiek,
Please accept my apologies. I sure didn't intend to come across as judgemental. Sometimes I do not express myself well and end up putting my foot in my big mouth :eek2: Reading my post today, I know I was out of line. I really am sorry if I offended.

Sincerely,
Jod

Bashing the casino on a public forum BEFORE you get paid is not a wise choice!

They all watch this forum and don't take kindly to it! You may make things take even longer by doing so just because people don't like to be disrespected!

I think the resolution to the echeck withdrawl situation at Sunpalace could be improved if you 'certify your checking account'. They state on their website that this could expedite payments when withdrawling after an echeck deposit.

i plan to send them in the paperwork on Monday to see if this improves the situation. i also wanted to add that i do like this casino which is why i redeposited. I was just concerned over the length of time it took for withdrawls after echeck deposit.

don't want to discuss any further.
