I made a withdrawal last year for 6000euros, It took time (about 3 weeks) but I was paid.

I have an other withdrawal ongoing (just started the process) and if I have some difficulties I will inform the forum.
Normally they are serious awith a good customer support..

The first withdrawal takes a very very long time, I would say at least 3 weeks but you will get paid.

But the next withdrawals have been processed a way faster.

The paiement has not been yet valided after 6 days.
I have contacted the Casino rep on this Forum that has been very reactive ( at least for the answer).
I will keep you inform about that..I hope It will not be to long.......

If you registered with a wrong telephone number or you havent been at you, you have to tell them a time when they can call you

I have received yesterday the confirmation that the paiement has been made.It may take about 8 days to get the money on my account ( transfer).
It's a long process :
Withdraw request
IBAN requested by site +3 days
IBAN confirmation Iban ok + 2days
Confirmation withdrawal approved + 3 days
Paiement and money on your account + 8days

They are serious and reliable but their process is just long, maybe better like this , at least they doublecheck everything..

As soon as the money is on my account (10,000 euros), I will inform the forum..
For the moment the light is green with this site with an efficient supprot and the company rep is excellent..
I think it's imortant to say when things go well ..
