Have you updated your terms and conditions to enforce your one account per UK household across the affiliate brand? Would hate anyone else to go through the refusal to refund deposits when opening a second account!

i wasnt aware of that
only ever made 1 withdrawal at ABC so didnt really have a problem but could have had

? There is only one brand on each affiliate program as they are all run seperate? So there is no issues in having an All British Casino account and also an No Bonus Casino account or even Free Spins Casino account? :confused:

You are only allowed one account across all of their casinos brands in their group if you live in the United Kingdom.

I had a threatening e-mail from one of their staff saying if I wanted paying for my recent win, I would have to pay back every penny from all my other wins first. £50k v £70, easy decision so I forfeit my most recent win and closed all my accounts ;)

You are quiet right. as an affiliate you can have an account with each brand under L&L Europe.

The only difference is for actual players. UK based player can only have one account across all brands in line with our UKGC terms. This is now reflected in our T&C's.

Hi Nicola,

Apologies for your previous experience when engaging with our team at ABC, and for any confusion with the terms of signing up.

Here at All British we have recently undergone a change in management, and as such a we have made significant improvements within our customer support procedures and practices.

As well as the above, our T&C's now state that British players are only allowed one account across all L&L Europe brands.

However I did notice on the link you supplied to your previous thread you posted that my colleague Jan was trying to help and resolve the issue for you. How did you get on with this?

Jan was rather rude in private messages, hence the closure of all accounts. She refused to refund the deposit + pay any further winnings on any accounts. Considering your efficiency on paying the huge win a month earlier I wasn't too bothered about the £70 refund.

My main frustration was the omission of the multiple account rule from your T&C which has now been corrected.
