    O.k. what gave you the idea it was a good idea to post my Bonus history here? Did i give you the impression i was fishing for a freebie? And that made you feel the need to share my recent history? Of course i am taking bonuses - that is not only because you offer them, but foremost to increase my playtime.

    I never asked for that first freebie, but after i got it, and had similar sessions (all losing so far) i figured i could ask for one: i always do this in new Casino's, and depending on how it pans out, that plays a big part in where i decide to play again, or more often... Just for the record 'several' free bonuses was 2 - on my 15 deposits in those three months, so after the first unsolicited one, i asked a few times, and got one more.. no cash-outs and little playtime overall, which is fine, but also perfectly o.k. to request a freebie for - regardless of the outcome.

    And those free spins on deposit offers, basically boil down to Match up bonuses of 10 to 20%, so it's not like i have gotten big advantages..

    I however was/am happy with that - and my contact with support several times, mostly consisted of me giving extensive feedback and/or getting to know support, asking for clarification on T&C's etcetera.

    Now i post a simple suggestion, totally unrelated to my personal bonus and deposit history, because CM promo's are not for me alone, and in general, i feel it's the active CM members you should reward - the ones already active in your Casino, just as much as the ones who aren't.

    Then you look over my account (unsolicited) and post my personal data? Really bad form i.m.o., and i'm absolutely not happy about that!

    If he had the fortitude of common sense, he could have sent it in pm - I have to admit when I read it, I wrote off going near the site due to their personal lack of consideration and privacy to their players. What else would they be willing to do - hmn trust appears an issue here.

    Well, i assume they wouldn't normally do this - as said, i can only imagine Thomas indeed felt my post as fishing for a freebie, which still is no excuse for the lack of consideration..not to forget he makes it look like i only take bonuses and had loads of freebies. which is definitely not the case...

    We all have a learning curve, and forum etiquette is not immediately apparent to everyone..nevertheless, i'm a bit mad about it!
    If anyone read every post i have made so far about Slotsmillion, one could clearly see that i am full of praise..

    Same for all my contacts with support, but sometimes stuff like that still gives a wrong impression i guess..i can't think of any other reason why someone would choose to post something like that...Indeed a p.m. would have been appropriate - also annoying, but t least then it's something that can be 'worked out' or 'cleared up' in private...

    Yes i agree with you there not nice to disclosure private information they should not do.

    And not only that they can't even follow Gambling Commision strict rules and post +18 terms conditions link and responsible gambling etc. and also use wording free spins with a welcome offer. Great going Slotsmillion and misleading title as well oh well :rolleyes:

    Don't know if it needed to be reported though, and also don't think that the whole gamble aware rules and 18+ should apply in forum promo's: i believe as long as a site or affiliate that has an international audience, has that info present somewhere, where it's easily found, it should be fine (didn't catch up on the rules and regulations yet, as i am not an active affiliate) but for reference: just check all the current promo's on CM - most of them don't have the info you pointed out..

    Also likely it's only a strict rule for promo's and Casino's that specifically target the U.K.

    Hi no probs and thanks yes i do agree i might have lost my head in all this crazy Gambling Commission going on. I might get my post edited and i am sorry towards Slotsmillion and casinomeister if i have caused any problems with my post earlier I am just really stressed out myself regarding that. To be honest i think it has gone bit to silly from UKGC.

    Should come up in the lobby under available promotions. Probably have to click on it and click accept bonus like all the others that appear there.

    I have a weird thing going on there atm. I play a lot on tablet which works fine at all sites. But last night and today if i click on any game it does highlight the game and the play button does appear so i know its responding, but however many times i click on the game it doesn't do anything.
    Been fine for weeks with tablet but since last night i can only use laptop if i play at slotsmillion :confused:
    Everywhere else works fine, cleared cache etc.
