It seems he was scammed by the reseller, and that the vouchers were indeed NOK currency.

Wow, that sucks big time. But then he need to file a police report against the reseller, as it has nothing to do with Guts.
But its funny it happen just when Guts had its technical problems with their currencies for Ukash. Very odd and very unlucky if it's the case.

To me it's just too big of a coincidence.

If it turns out the reseller is not authorized this case must have exposed them to Ukash.
There may have been consequences that we are not privy to, perhaps including invalidating and/or changing the vouchers.
It's clear the OP is paying the price.

I don't think Guts is to blame. As far as they're concerned the word of Ukash is law.
After all they are the ones paying out on vouchers. If they say currency is NOK, then that's what they're paying.

I'd be interested to see the actual voucher the OP talks of in his first post...
