Guts absolutely awful customer service

Hey,

Yits left Guts a few weeks ago after deciding he wanted a new challenge :thumbsup:

We don't have any secrets and are not trying to hide anything, sorry if it seems that way. We have had a few changes in the company recently after the betit group became part of Gaming Innovation Group to become one big happy family, the new management structure is now in place and all is now settled.

During this time we have had quite a few changes with CS and some new team members, thus, a lot of the team dont know of Yits, all should know me though :-)

Yes we have a new MD, but CRM is me (and has been for a year) and our VIP Manager has also been with guts for a long time and her team has recently expanded. Our CS Manager has been with Guts for approx 2 years too, due to a lot of internal promotions from CS (we always try to recruit from within) we have lots of new CS team members, but this is pretty natural in gaming, so its nothing at all to be worried about, its simply expansion and people getting promoted :-)

Out of curiosity has anyone won a cash drop in the promo? (As a Canadian I'm always out of their month long promos like this summer one because prizes are.netent feee spins so always hopeful when.a.rare cash drop promo.comes around). Anyone here won one of the dailies?
 
2-3 deposits a week, every week since their site launched and nowt! - Ever lol!

While I'm here my query is still outstanding, despite promises it would be looked into, not the sort of service you'd expect for, although a low roller, someone who deposits about 6K a year!

I also had problems with guts.
I played a jackpot there and my account got suspended from one minute to another while playing the jackpot.
I asked several times for the reasoning behind this ban but have never received an answer.
Could you help me out here pls?

Showed continued loyalty and good will from my end my upholding, maybe even increasing my deposit frequency (some may say this is daft and to vote with my wallet but not a lot of places I trust these days (another thread another time for that one))

Still total radio silence, un-valued, disrespected, feel like I'm something stuck on the bottom of their shoe but stuck in the tread and won't go away despite several vigorous scrapings.

About to make 4th deposit there for today alone.

Not what I expected and I bet it still doesn't get addressed, resolved in either parties favour and I have another week of ignorance.

I'm like a dog with a bone now, would consider my first PAB here but I don't have all the info anymore (yes its been that long) guess I should write the whole scenario off but the sheer ignoring me part is what's got my goat.

Hate to see how they treat once a week depositors which I'd still consider pretty darn loyal!

Why still deposit there Jon? I wouldn't give them the time of day for that treatment, nevermind four deposits in one day!!
 
well what can i say i said it back a while ago , when Yits came on & no one was listening then , just close the acc John dont bother messing with your wallet , they've gone bad no excuses , when i had to contact Ben to get some answers that said it all :rolleyes:
 
I pretty much only play at Guts, because they pay and I've little stress.

There's no huge need or worry about the Q in question.
But a word to those listening @ GUTS....be careful guys....you're going from the most recent CM award recipient toward a very quick fall from grace nod for this year's.

They still get my $ and they're still good...but they need to work to remain great. c'mon guys; you're better than this!

That will not solve the rep problem , but helps you. :D
 
This is where the meaning of 'active' rep gets somewhat blurred. I don't consider logging in daily and being non- responsive as being active, but neither is a rep that logs in once a month and deals with every query brilliantly (although better).

Surely this has to affect accreditation scores in the long run. Why play at place A that ignores you when place B goes the extra mile :what:

Something that needs looking at because simply relying on your reputation from years gone by isn't good enough, nor fair on those reps that do make the effort :cool:

Well that's the thing. Why are some terrible places classed as 'accredited' and some really good places back heeled due to small issues?.
Does this depend on certain factors we don't know about?.
Ok guts made the effort got a new rep, but with all due respect why?... yes it was a noble gesture,but a pointless one...
a rep needs to be active and not just logging in...
I'll keep tabs of The time it takes for my simple PM to be addressed.

Yeah I know you said a thread for another time but there has to be another casino out there for you. I dont think you should be putting your hard earned money into a company that does not give a flying f about you or anyone else and only their bottom line.

It sure is funny how these casino's are super nice, player friendly, super fast responses and pretty much cater to the player. But once they grow, its like a huge screw you we dont need you anymore attitude. The only casino left standing that is really big and popular is videoslots. They have remained here and been super quick forever and continue to do so.

Newsflash guts, the community here helped make you what you are. Show a little respect.

Ok, so, here's whats happening, the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth (thats an attempt at me trying to be funny - which you can probably tell I am not that great at :p).

As you all know, Yits left, he was the one who dealt with Casinomeister, after he left we went through a few changes and some new management have come on board, no secret and I feel this is totally positive stuff (I am not one of the new staff i have been here for just over a year). After the changes I was asked to try and look after you lovely people, which I really like to do as I don't actually have any player contact, so its nice to chat to you guys and find out whats happening. Unfortunately - I haven't been able to give it the time I hoped I would of, this of course is not you guys fault and not what you deserve or expect from a company like Guts.

So, I am going to try (my very best), to restore your faith in Guts.

I love Guts, as a company it's awesome, we have an amazing team, and all do our best to bring you good service, good promotions, great games, but with the changes it hasn't happened, but it will, and you've all been very patient, just asking for you to bear with me a little teeny bit longer whilst we complete the transitions and I promise you, all will be good in the world of Guts again.

Good to hear about the pm's. When it comes to withdrawal times then maybe you should update that to take a little longer then because it's extremly rare that it's only 2-4 hours.
Next late one I promise it will be my last time playing there.

I guess it's an extra convenience that accounts closed due to that term are ones where winnings happened? I wouldn't be satisfied from that answer alone, but then again, I don't know all the details of the player, just seems from that term that any account can be closed at anytime without reason due to the casino opting to do so

That rule you can find in almost every casino. Just as we can chose what casinos we want to play at then they can chose who they want as a customer. It's fair.
I haven't seen the rule been used so many times though just because someone is winning too much. Some are just a pain to deal with.

The decision to close any account is always taken out with careful consideration and whenever possible we try and give an explanation as to why, sometimes players may have broken rules or a number of reasons. It honesty is nothing at all to do with a players balance, what game they are playing, or anything related to real-time transactions.

I don t need to talk to a rep anymore as I have had a one way communication with them for over 2 months. They ignored my messages and tried to stall time as they were asking for the same documents over and over again. Resulting in blocking my account and seizing my money without giving me any kind of explanation (management decision). Funnily I got my money back very quickly after my legal help was taking over. Nevertheless my account stayed closed.

Its up to you if you play at guts or not. This is just an honest warning that they closed my account and tried to seize money without giving any explanation at all. And btw - many things seem fine until they concern you personally ;)

They also seized my money and didn t give any explanation at all. At first they asked for 100 different documents over and over again although they already had accepted the documents before. This "process" took around 2 months until they told me that my account was blocked - no communication at all. You should be ashamed seizing and therefore stealing money of your customers!:mad:

my Guts account was also blocked, but on the basis that it was not verified, nor did I log in for about a year. I opened the site, opened live chat, and have to say the chat person was very helpful, and my account got verified within minutes, but I didn't have any deposits nor withdrawals.

That was my experience with Guts, so positive but I have not been making withdrawals for big amounts

slots - same old rig patterns, alot of input and F all output, bonus feature wins shocking, not even 3x the bet amount which was around 10 quid a spin, and around 600 quid just to land a feature.


and to top it all off.... they banned me after i lost £10k because i asked for a bonus to deposit again and mentioned hopefully i will win some of my losses back.

All you're doing by copying and pasting the same message over and over is showing you're a bad loser. If you want to be taken seriously I would suggest deleting your posts and posting once without all the name calling.
