Hi Dave, and welcome :)

I hadn't heard of your casino prior to now, but perhaps you could explain something.

On the bonus page it says all bonuses are sticky. Yet further down it says bonuses/additional funds will be zeroed out when you make a withdrawal.

Now perhaps I'm interpreting it wrong, but to me, that's a phantom bonus?

Sticky bonus

Hi kmay87,

Thanks for the question, and a very valid one.

Basically it's a matter of what we mean with the word "sticky". As stated on the promotion itself: This is a sticky bonus, meaning that the bonus itself may not be withdrawn at any time.

So, basically you have a real money balance, and then the casino bonus money. The first fund you play are your real money funds and later on the bonus money to complete the required rollover, so whatever amount you have left from the bonus money is sent to your real money balance.

So the bonus STICKS to the account and cannot be cashed out before it has been rolled over, you can cash out your real money balance but not your bonus money balance.

Now, about the zero out, means that one you have completed the rollover and request a cash out, you will be able to take out as much as specified on the bonus terms (i.e. the 2000% Slots Bonus only allows you to withdraw as much as $2000, any other balance from bonus rollover is zeroed out). So, once you have been paid out your bonus balance is zero again and you can then take another bonus.

I hope I clarified it to you, but if I didn't just let me know. Cheers!

Thanks for the quick response

I appreciate the clarification. As I presumed, it is just a matter of your casino using the word 'sticky' in a different way to the norm.

Usually, a sticky bonus is one that remains in the account after a withdrawal (i.e. cannot be cashed out), so in theory you could collect it once and keep on cashing out any winnings until the bonus was lost. A phantom bonus is one which likewise cannot be cashed out but is removed upon a withdrawal.

I'm not criticising your terms, they are perfectly clear. Probably more appropriate too, because I would expect most would understand the term 'sticky bonus' but 'phantom bonus' may not be so well heard of yet.

Hi kmay87,

Sure thing!

Yes, that's how we use the term sticky bonus. The one you described also seems appealing and I will make sure to also consider it for future references.

Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers!

How come I get spam messages nearly daily from your company, when i have never registered for?

Is this the policy of your company - simply buy old databases and spam them repeatedly??
