Hello! My name is Shari and I am from South Texas where gambling isn't legal ?. Over the last month or so quite a few friends have mentioned casinos not wanting to pay because we are from Texas. I myself have experienced this as well. We've been allowed to play for months, deposit, use bonuses, all the good stuff but when it's time to withdrawal, BLOCKED! With emotions running high I started doing research and that led me here. None of us really understood what it meant to be part of a jurisdiction that isn't accepted. So I am here to learn, we aren't sure what we are allowed and not allowed to do. We've been playing online slots for a good while now, we have the Texas Lotto, we can gamble on a boat as long as it's out on the water and not docked ... we're confused. We don't want to be engaging in illegal activities but at the same time we'd love to still be able to enjoy our games as well.

I did quite a bit of reading on here yesterday and there is some really great information! If anyone has any suggestions for me id love to hear them. Thanks in advance ?

Well that is straight out ROGUE behaviour by the casino(s).
I'd encourage you to name & shame them on the forum so that other players can avoid these places.

Strictly speaking, online gambling IS illegal in most states of the US - only 3 or 4 (I think) have legalised online casinos.
However, there are hundreds of off-shore casinos who do accept American players from all states - many of which are highly reputable.
You just have to be very careful which ones you choose to play at.

Welcome to the best casino forum on the net!
