Great Experience at Casino Titan(RTG)

Hi Guys:
I am new here, but I wanted to share my experience with the new Casino Titan. (RTG) I made a $20 deposit and they gave me 60% bonus. I made the playthru and I cashed out for $1300. That is the biggest win I have ever had online gambling. At any online casino. Can I get a high five??
Their customer support is excellent, and very helpful indeed. Best I have ever experienced. I was paid within hours after I cashed out too.:)
Just wanted to share..Hope it was allowed...

Congrats on your big win there Pam :thumbsup:, how were you payed? Into an ewallet or other? Any documentation requests?
 
I was paid into my ewallet express account.
As with any RTG casino, they did want my driverse License, credit card and utility bill faxed to them in the beginning. They approved my documents very quickly.

There's two Rusty...CasinoTitan.com is a new RTG. I think the Playtech one is TitanCasino.com I'll never understand why a new casino chooses a name so similar to an existing one. Well, I guess I see their reasoning if they are trying to skate on the rep of a really good casino...but I don't see that as being the case here.
 
Your right...and I played at CASINO TITAN,(RTG) Not Titan Casino. I was playing PAYDIRT, and I hit a bonus for 750 bucks. I had the "mine" and then two rows of gold bars. I was betting 6.25 a spin. Yippee!!!. I just can't say how glad I am there is finally a reputable RTG casino I can trust to get paid from.
They always treat me so nice...:):)

That Paydirt used to live up to its name with me :o but I know lots of people like it. I guess it is quite high variance.

Is there a reason you chose them because there are some reputable RTG accredited here.
Most notably RedCherry and Buzzluck.
 
There certainly ARE other reputable RTG casinos, and I did not mean to imply there were not. Buzzluck and Cherry red are indeed good casinos. :notworthy
I have played at both, unfortunatley with no luck of withdrawl, YET:)...

I choose casino Titan for several reasons. From the first moment I made my first deposit and to live help they treated me like I was their only cutomer. I recieved a personal e-mail from the VIP manager and was assured she would answer me if I had any concerns about anytime I played. I was offered a standing 60% bonus for each deposit I made. I was and am given free chips for my loyalty, and also cash back on every depsoit I make.
I've had some luck there in the past, small withdrawls, before last night's big win and when I put in my withdraw request I was literally paid within hours. I guess I played at some bad casinos in the past , where it took three months to get paid, and I felt so relieved that RTG was finally putting out good casinos. I am the type of person who once I find a place that treats me right, and I do have luck, I see no reason to go anywhere else.

Personally, I'd rather play at a casino which had a good reputation, rather than one that made up stories on forums fishing for customers.

Also, are you implying I'd have more luck on your version of 'Pay Dirt'? I'm pretty sure the house edge on the game would be the same at every casino :thumbsup:

To Tonyg82: Sir, I am not implying anything about a particular casino or game. I got lucky, at a new casino, and I just wanted to share my experience. Casino Titan is new and many do not know about it, and it is a very good place to play if you want to get treated well and get paid in a timely fashion. There are others out there too, I know. :) Just wanted to share.....Thanks for allowing me to.

That's a different site altogether you are talking about CasinoMac, just like Pina previously said. This is RTG whereas the one you are referring to is associated with Playtech. I do to a certain extent agree with Tonyg that this is somewhat of a shilly type of post here by the OP since it was only her second post on this forum and also considering the fact that she did just join. Hope it does not turn out to be that though.
 
Im not starting out so well here. I just wanted to share with everyone a good thing. Forgive if I look to be a anything but what I am, just a new forum member with information to share. I plan on being very active in the forum, I just am new at it and learning my way around. PMM2008

Note that similar threads about Casino Titan have been appearing on many forums. In all cases it's from a new poster who just joined. Some examples are below. The first series of posts occurred in mid May and the 2nd series this week.

RTG operators do have a range of payouts to select from, so all RTG do not necessarily have the same payouts.
 
4 new slots

just a heads up, 2 new slots have been added to casinotitan.com few days ago ( Loose Caboose & Texan Tycoon) and we are getting 2 more new slots :

'Mystic Dragon' and 'Sea Captain' will be active on monday, june 15/09.

I deposited and played by the time I realized there was a bonus added I had already spun 3 times...was quite miffed over the fact that a bonus was added without requesting it..

I got the cs to remove it through live chat , they were quite nice and I asked to be put on a permenant no bonus ban list...hopefully they will keep their part on this request because I sure would hate to have to keep checking my balance in case it slips by me..

Why in the world do casinos do this? It is one of the most irritating and sneaky thing they can do...geeszz..I will try again and if they do it again..I will not play there again. That is SOOO wrong in so many ways IMO!

Hi, if this makes you all feel better, I have been around here for awhile and I can tell you that the op is probably not a shill. I have had great customer service there and hit T-Rex pretty big one night. All the reps I have spoken to are very courteous. Their names are Katie, Michelle, Mia, Linda...and Faith is the VIP rep. Pays are tough everywhere right now, but I have no doubts about my safety or of whether I would be paid at Casino Titan.

My experience on the slots was terrible but there ya go.
Probably not a good idea to give your user name out by the way.

No offense, Paul, but why is RTG taking a page out of MGS' playbook and making these cheap knockoffs? This is ripped off from the other baseball-themed RTG slot "Golden Glove."....

If I were an operator, I'd be pushing RTG for new and unique slots...

Well yeah you would think a new theme would not be that hard to come up with but I will be more interested in the game-play.
The thing with the MG releases is that many of them are just clones with identical game-play.
As long as there is innovation there then I can forgive the ridiculous lack of imagination on the theme.

So true, but you would think they would at least not use most of the same images....

I guess we'll have to wait and see how much different they are from one another :)
