Great Customer service Kudos GO WILD!!

Hi All, Just wanted to post with what I think is the best CSO support I have gotten in a while.
I was just at Mummies gold and asked them for some type of deposit bonus as I have been getting killed there recently- I have made about 6-10 dpeosits with nothing under $150 and have been getting terrible playtime. Long sotry short I got the usual- "we cannot issue your account with any bonuses at this time" blah blah.

This pissed me off so I went over to Go wild as I have also deposited around $500 in the last two weeks so thought to ask them for a deposit bonus and here is the response below.




Rachel: Hi! Welcome to GoWild :)

So as you can see Go Wild and freindly Rachel have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND what I expected from ANY MG casino really. You have got my business from now on and I will make my deposits with GO WILD now as they seem to really appreciate there clientele.

It's always so nice to see people praising customer service reps, rather than bitching about them all the time. I honestly believe there are many more good reps than clueless or ignorant or nasty reps. We tend to post about the worst and forget about the good ones.

I will definitely tell your wife about it oldie. I will accuse you of charming the lady to get a bonus:D

Actually, this is what makes GW a bit different. Customising promos for individuals based on their patronage instead of the usual standard promos for everyone. Makes you feel wanted. Winning or losing will be of lesser importance.
