What recourse does a player have if the information you hold on them is FLAT OUT WRONG?
In my case, for them to withhold winnings (although they were paid in the end) was totally uncalled for. Yes, I owed Firepay money. Why? My bank declined transactions, even though the money was there. Was it my fault? NO. Could I pay the money back? NO.
Keep in mind the proceeding took place AFTER Firepay quit taking money from Americans, and has since closed shop altogether.
It would be considered on a case by case scenario.
Yes errors does creep in, who are we trying to fool, but most of the times and I would like to say it again.
If there is any injustice we will rectify it.
Winbig, in your circumstances was a bit different in that you where not added on the Global Negative list as you were still freely able to register and create new accounts.
The casino and the Wallet had an arrangement in that should you owe them money which you did; the casino would not release any winnings until the matter with the outstanding payments been resolved.
I would believe that this is fair in that you expect to be paid but then if you don't pay your end how could you expect to be paid.
It might not have been your fault but you still had an outstanding settlement with a partner.
Enough said as the matter was resolved and you received your winnings without having to settle the outstanding amount if I remember correctly.
Hope this answer your question.
Best regards
Mario
