hey i saw a gambling forum that had a thread wich stated that any one of the grand privie casinos was doing a free $20 no deposit promo chip if you used a certain code...so i downloaded grand bay and signed up and put in the code and sure enough $20 into my account....well i left then as i didn't feel like playing at that moment, but later last night i logged in and they had now taken the money out of my account???i contacted live chat who told me this was only an invite only chip and how did i hear about it...i let them know it was off a web site and that if it was their error in giving it to me they should just live with it to try and keep a new customer, but no way....they absolutely refused to part with the $20...so i told em i'll stick to music hall casino who has never been petty with me and proceeded to uninstall their casino...how sad:mad:

GP is not known for 'customer care'. They don't go out of their way to maintain established players, or retain new ones.

But they are right in that the code was emailed out to existing players. I did receive the email, but as it did not appear to originate from CGB, I did not go to the trouble of DLing the casino. I thought it was spam as it did not look like the usual legit (direct from casino marketing) email. I wish I had kept it or paid more attention to where/whom it came from.

Do a search for 'grand prive', 'bella vegas', 'CGB', etc. to learn more about the group.

Should have played it straight away:D They couldn't have taken it away once you lost it (just don't play a progressive in case you win).

Their software should have had a whitelist as to which accounts were eligible, so partly their fault. On the other hand, casinos cannot be held to promises made by others, and this is often stated in the terms. Had the offer been on THEIR website, or sent to you, they should then have to honour it.

They have at least sent me an invite to the latest 2 month wager tournament, this gives me the first opportunity in months to ignore them:D (Apart from registering near the end & wagering a few 9p spins on Thunderstruck with the remaining microbalance in there:D)

yea i was pretty mad that i had decided to wait untill the wee hours of the am to play it, i'm just not used to playing with bonuses much, i could of played my club world account in the am when i got bored instead of waiting to play at grand bay

They haven't gotten a lot of good press here, but many don't.
I found their CS very good. Had to wait an hour (logged in or not) for the bonus to appear, but I have to say CGB is the absolute BEST sub available.
Once in they are no different than most MG's in a group "gimme gimme gimme we got you now". But to put your money down, and trust MG, if you haven't played a GP casino before, and you are not a bonus freak, Casino Grand Bay is the best ($500 on a twenty) you could hope for.

Gp had an issue (>age) but it was resolved. There is at least one more in ecogra dispute respecting protocal.

You can't take the WL thing and apply it here unless it is specific. We have to pay attention. Spammers spam and affiliates are rogue as hell in most instances. Bonus hunters hit a bad link now and then... deal with it.

White labels be damned. Sell me a package and let me market it to my 'pals' or special interest group. I call bullshit on the whole WL.

Peety, any idea where the bad code came from?

it was a different gambling forum someone had posted it along with a banner of cgb and links to some promo contest they were having
This is more the fault of a webmaster than it is the casino's. This is also a reason not to pick up codes/coupons that are haphazardly posted throughout cyberland. There should always be terms and conditions stated with the code/coupon or they should be linked directly. If it was an invitation only - it's invitation only. I would be ragging on the webmaster for posting this in public rather than ragging on the casino.

yea your right bryan i think the web master actually posts here from time to time as i got the web forum link from someone heres signature, in his defense though maybe he allowed it because the first 3 or 4 posts on the site were about how it worked and they were playing with their free chip but they then were confiscated also...but thanks anyways for showing me were i erred, live and learn i always say
