So, here it is.
After registration I was given a Wellcome bonus $30. I fulfilled all the conditions for it (Wager x40) and won a small amount (about $100). In order to have my faxback form approved, I made a deposit of $25. Then support wrote to me:
Ok, then I tried to withdraw my winnings, but money was returned back to the casino account.
When I asked - what is going on? - support answered:
And all this without giving any reason. I have screenshots of cashier and correspondence
with Finance Department... but who cares? they stopped answering my emails.
Almost a month has passed.
How you think - is it possible to bring back my deposit $25?))
or is better to forget about them?
