Grand Jackpots Casino seems privately owned?

I'm trying to put my finger on the games but just cant figure out what software I have seen these games before. Their banking options are horrible and they don't seem to offer live support.

All deposits are secured by industry standard security protocols including 128-bit SSL digital encryption technology. If you choose to make a deposit using a currency not supported by the casino, the deposit amount will be converted using the conversion rate of the Bank that you use.

A common phrase or copied from other casinos such as Betcave , box24 casino?

GrandJackpots.com is operated by BYB Operations Ltd, London, United Kingdom

Grand Jackpots Online Casino has consistently won numerous gambling awards such as Best Online Casino and Best New Casino Bonuses. On top of our superb casino graphics & Las Vegas style casino games, high payouts, fanatical player support lightning fast casino download service.

I've never heard of them let alone winning that many awards.

Maybe the experts here at CM could shed some light on this for other players. I personally would avoid them but that's me.

I don't want to register at this casino so I can't see the games, but according to
others that have, all the games seems to be a rip-off from different softwares.
Even some of the sounds come from MG-games.

Another JackpotsHeaven or iButler maybe:eek2:

lol saddest ripoff ive seen in a while

LOL check these slot games, looks familiar? :)

"Me too, but it's too recognizable"
"What if we changed it a bit?"
"What do you mean? Like we did our own artwork and theme?"
"Are you nuts? That would cost over $100! Let's just change it from HellBOY to HellGIRL - Nobody will ever make the connection!"
"You're a genius!"
"Thanks Uncle Arturo..."

A Limited company with no postal address, and only a phone number for contact.

Looks like a "front", rather than a real company.

No mention of casinos on their site, and not even a company number, something ALL proper "Ltd" companies will have.

I can't imagine a genuine business looking to outsource considering a company that lacks these basic credentials.

So called "London 020 landline numbers" can be anything but, and are often used by scammers to give the impression of being based in London. Most use a call forwarding service, similar to the maildrop services that can create the impression of a London address, as per Pamper casino example from a few years back, who's "offices" turned out to be rooms above a Pizza shop;) When they were outed, they admitted they were really based in Costa Rica, and not a Pizza shop, as the truth then became better than the lie.

I suspect these MGS imitations are intended for the US market, as this is a very popular software with no legitimate outlet in the US.

A couple of these slots are not even purely Microgaming, but are licensed from game and movie studios, so it's not only Microgaming's lawyers they need to worry about. If they WERE based in the UK, they could be busted for this, even though it is US studios that have the rights. This makes me suspect they are really based in a country that does not enforce copyright laws very well, and where running online gambling with questionable software and ethics is unlikely to be a problem. This narrows it down to places like Costa Rica and Panama, maybe even Belize. This is SO dodgy that I think even Costa Rica is too risky for them, and I suspect they will eventually be traced to Panama, or someone's garage:D

Was tempted to deposit $249.50 to avoid the 10x max cash out and try a few spins on Thunderhammer (MG Rip off) or Farmyard frenzy (looks like tripple twister from RTG)

Anybody thinking of actually putting their proper info into this casino has to their head examined. I opened up an account under a false name, address etc, when I go to the profile page some other persons personal info comes up, this is NOT the name I signed up with.

So you make a post about protecting your own personal data, then you publish someone else's personal info on the web.

Take note of the bold red part, I have just noticed another casino sending me spam with this exact same line....Rialto Casino who use Top Game software.. now whether this is a coincidence  or that Grand Jackpots has stolen the T&C.

Good catch Matt! Coincidentally, earlier today when I was bored and surfing, I snooped around Gambling Grumbles a bit, and read a notice that someone got caught at Rome casino with that same term. It's possible that it's stolen by Grand Jackpots like a lot of their other content, but if it isn't, that would make things interesting, no?

If I am not mistaken, ALL of the Top Game Casinos have this rule except for Box24 group. And clearly
"Bland Crackpots" swiped it directly from TG because there are no other casinos with that slimy rule.

This is an extremely odd rule, and should be considered rogue. There can be no valid reason for having a max cashout on a deposit WITHOUT a bonus, and it seems directed at the very recreational players that casino's claim to want, and let through the "pro's" they DON'T want who will deposit what it takes to get the maximum bonus.

It also seems designed with the current US situation in mind, since it is small deposits that tend to slip past the gaze of UIGEA, with larger ones often getting blocked. Most US players tend to deposit small and often, rather than large and infrequently, knowing this gives them the best chance of avoiding getting tangled up in UIGEA. US players also do this because of the problems with "double charging" and failed transactions placing long term "holds" on their funds.

Since this is unique to the Top Game stable, considered rogue for other reasons by many, it suggests some kind of connection, even if only one of thief and victim. Maybe this lot thought the risk of stealing content from Top Game operators was less than that of stealing content from the majors, yet they stole games from even BIGGER industry players than mere operators, so this still doesn't make much sense.

The only certainty is that following the trail back from Grand Jackpots will lead to a rogue company, individual, software supplier, etc.

The error that caused another player's details to be shown proves how BAD the software is in terms of security. What's to say it won't share card details, or take deposits from the wrong account in banking.
