GoWild; no weekend flushing

Dang so first, GoWild changed from a 24 hours or under policy, to now 48 hours...ugh
AND they won't flush during weekends. 32Red is looking much better lol

Katie: All withdrawals requested by our players go to the pending period first, during which the withdrawal can be reversed

Me: i see

Me: ok, ty

Katie: You are welcome x

Me: can you flush it for me then?

Katie: Please feel free to send an e-mail to finance@gowildcasino.com and they will take care of that for you

Me: isnt it the weekend?

Katie: The finance department are working during the business hours, however they will take care of your request as soon as possible

Me: right, so even emailing, hey wont flush it until monday?

Me: *they

Katie: The finance department will flush it as soon as they can, probably in the weekend

Me: so finance does work weekends?

Katie: The finance department is working during business hours, even so they will flush the withdrawal as soon as possible

Me: lol...so if finance works business hours, how will they flush it during the weekend?

Katie: Go Wild casino is trying to take care of the players' request as much as possible

Katie: requests*

Katie: Your withdrawal will definitely get flushed on Monday, x

Me: right, so monday, thats the answer i was looking for

Wow reading that transcript made me feel like I was watching the presidential debates again. Answer the damn question for crying out loud.

Is there even a reason for any casino not to flush besides trying to get you to play back your winnings? It's not like flushing means you will get paid quicker (in most cases). Just simply remove my option to reverse. Don't really care how long (within reason) it takes to get paid after that as long as I know I can't reverse.

Feels like you have to win twice. First get your balance up (god forbid you take a bonus) and then survive the pending period. In case my post isn't a tell tell sign.....I just played back a decent bit of winnings.

Can anyone give me a single good reason to play any MG casino other than 32Red?

I don't play MG any more, but if I did, it'd be 32Red, 32Red, and then 32Red again.

The bonuses on offer from any other MG casino would have to be off-the-scale obscenely good (i.e. wildly EV+) to make me even consider depositing there, and even then I probably wouldn't bother.

Well, I did actually take a bonus..70% on 50...made WR, got to 800, withdrew 600..it was Friday(their time) , so finance DID flush it for me. Then with the remaining 200, i got up to 1000, though played down to 800 and requested WD. They didn't flush as its now their weekend (today) and I playe dback $100 lol
So $600 yesterday, $700 today...not bad for a $50 dep with WR...though its stuck sitting in there (the $700) til Monday...hope I don't get tempted lol

I agree with Chopley, when playing MG games then my choice is 32Red. Last week I had a nice cashout from Gowild after having deposited without a bonus. I skipped the "almost impossible mission" to have my cashout flushed. Waited from tuesday to saturday to receive the money on my skrill account, what really annoyed me as a regular and maybe spoilt 32Red player. I discussed in live chat and did not get off the chat until the monies were transferred. Business days counting when you are sitting on a big cashout are a pain in the ass, same goes for JC group and some Playtechs. Its tough enough to win and request a cashout and some casinos still try with delays to make the player reverse and lose.

Cheers

Long wait Balky - 4 business days, it surprises me. I think for me it's time to say goodbye to Go Wild, especially because they've now also stopped flushing during the weekends and raised the pending period to 48 hours... not a good sign (Casino Rewards comes to mind). It could be different for VIP players (like me), but I think I'll be moving to Maxino for a while, they have NetEnt and MG games among other things, and payments are FAST and cannot be reversed, period.

And yeah, chatting with support at Go Wild nowadays has become quite a nuisance. Their evasiveness makes my skin crawl.

Remember previous threads about flushing at Go Wild where their casino rep assured all of us that anyone can have their withdrawal flushed (no limitations as to time of the week)? It seems that since they're no longer on the accredited list they don't care that much anymore about giving top-notch service. So, 32Red remains indeed the only really good option for MG games.

I'm VIP, so I'm guessing it doesn't make much difference

Is it the norm to get little kisses from live chat reps? Iv never had a single kiss in my life (from a live chat rep) :sob:
