this was 32red

also on Nedplay i deposit $25 last week took there 100% bonus cashed out $200
golden lounge deposit 25 also took the bonus cashed out $300

but i can also say i did not have a good January but this is what gambling is all about in my opinion you win some you lose some :)

and may i also add i just bought 2 new laptops for my kids yesterday so did not gamble all back so thank you 32red :)

just closed my 32red account after 5 yrs of regular playing... have been quite happy with playability and occational winning streaks... until about 6 mnths ago something changed, no payouts, little or no play, just take your money and give nothing back.

wheres the fun in being mugged ??!!

have online casinos hit hard times and cannot afford to pay out?

am i the only one on a 6 mnth losing streak? defies all logic and law of averages!

I have the same situation with 32Red and i close it too, in the last 4 or 5 month no play time no win nothing. So i did the same, i close it.

Add me to the "always lose at 32red" list.
I swear their break the bank again is faulty, I uninstalled after playin 50 +50 bonus all on btba playing 300+ spins at 0.45 to 0.90 not really hitting much.
eventully hitting the free spins @ 0.90 with only £6 left and winning........NOTHING wtf?
this isnt a oneoff either its the same every time I play there. 15-20 dead spins in a row is a normal thing, especially when its the free spins.

another to the list

32red has not been very nice with me either. I didn won since 4-5 months. Tonight i ask for a free chip and they say "NO"... i had made like 1000 dollars in deposits without any withdrawal =(

I only joined 32Red recently and I am very happy.

When I first checked out their casino mid 2010 I noted that they did not have comp points. Now I see they do, but they are of less value than other casino’s comp points as 32Red’s are considered “bonus money” and come with a pretty hefty play through of 30xB. This is the most disappointing aspect of 32Red I think. I would feel much happier if they would just follow the trend of most other casinos and make their comp points real cash rewards.

The main reason I feel that 32Red is one of the better if not the best casino on the net is that they are not going to pull the proverbial knife on you and attempt to steal your money. This point alone makes up for the other areas in which they lack.

Casinomeister says they he wants other casinos to step up to the mark because he doesn’t like giving the awards always to 32Red. This is true from a player aspect as well. I want a variety of casinos to play at.

I noticed that you joined yesterday and have posted primarily one-line responses. Please be aware that this makes it look like you are trying to get your post count up which is common spammer behaviour. That's not an accusation - just making sure you are aware of how it looks

Cheers

I hav'nt posted for a while... but i closed and deleted my 32red account about a month ago. I was contacted by 32red management after my initial post, they were concerned about negative feedback etc. They tried to convince me that my 6 month losing streak was " unfortunate " but normal, and gave me a heap of stats from my account to prove their point. After some sums of my own ,alot of their figures were wrong!
I do understand the RNG concept, but the notion that every spin has an equal chance of winning is complete rubbish !! Other factors are at play... any system that is computerised can be manipulated. I firmly believe they work on a " cash-in, cash-out " basis.. eg. they pay out when they can afford to ... if someone wins $500 , 10 punters have to lose $50 to pay for it .

Well I'm not surprised that you closed your account given your perception of reality.

I guess you better get busy deleting all casinos before you begin to look foolish for allowing yourself to be so blatantly ripped off.

I'm just glad that a whole lot of people obviously lost last night to allow me to cashout at 32 red.

in 2 years and nearly 200k spins at my fav rtg casino group im down over 60 % deposits compared to withdrawls and my biggest hit there in 200k spins was 450 x bet on my very first day playing with my bonus and ive never hit a jackpot either...... since may last year i would get more value if i attached $10 notes to 500 pigeons with a note saying please return to sender and let them loose in a cyclone..
in the last 30 deposits with and without a bonus i have been up once in what i call a with-drawable position put in 50 and balance hit $218 .

also in the same time frame i have had a 1000x bet robin hood , 500 x bet agent blonde at 32 red and had hits of 750 x bet tutan and 500 x bet tutan at 3dice ...

i dont know what it is , there are times when you know a machines not going to pay and you keep pumping it anyways in the belief that it "owes you" and times when you dont withdraw $200 or $300 up because your down 800 in the last few months and chasing it all in one hit...or sometimes when you are on a roll and so confident and you change machines up the bet and everything hits and you feel confident and everythings right.
All i know right now is if you offered me 1k free bonus at the rtg casino or 50 at 32red or 3 dice id take the 50 with a more confident chance of winning , hope you find a casino that you feel lucky at .

i too have accounts at 32red plus casino rewards,i have always played virtually the same games i.e isis and supe it up,this week i have noticed that neither one has payed a jackpot,i just think they are running tight even when you get a feature the payouts have been miserable, dont get me wrong i have had free spins and even got 2 yes 2 jackpots in the feature spins, that is just a memory now since then zilch.perhaps they are getting there own back but i now play a lot less on 32 because they never seem to give freebies like they used to.

I'm pleased for NIFTY29 who managed to cash out , and yes, someone does have to lose for you to win... thats the name of the game.
It's easy to be smug when you're winning, but very frustrating when you're on a neverending losing streak , getting nothing back.
Lets hope you never find yourself in that situation.

I've been on losing streaks more times than you've had hot dinners.

Difference is, I accept that losing is an integral part of gambling and it is ME that put the money at risk - instead of blaming the casino.

You should try taking the time to educate yourself about how slots and casinos REALLY work. I guarantee you will enjoy your play more and not get so wound up when you lose.

Guys, keep it civil, please and thank you. No need to turn this into bash-o-rama: Attach Removed (Old not found)

Ive tried to understand what this post is about....but Ive seen some are not happy with 32Red..... I have never cashed out there either but I have had my balance up to lot more than I deposited and I know from playing other casinos, RTG, Rival, Wager Workds Net Ent. and ofcoarse other Micros that you can make 20-100 $25-$100 deposits without winning anythign and then suddenly you win $30,000 from a $25 deposit...at some casinos you win 2 deposits in a row and at others you may have to deposit 100 times to win anything...its just random and there will always be extremly unlucky players and extremely lucky players at all casinos... 32Red is just as bad/good as any other Micro...payouts are 96% +- 3-4% at all casinos each and every year probably....its not like 32Red have 30% payout at all other 96%....

What is you guys depositing $1000 without winning anythign then on your next deposit you win $2000...is the casino too good then all of a sudden?

6 month loosing in a row : I do understand your frustration!!!
As most MGS players know, something has changed a couple of years ago.
Pay-outs have become lower, and of course there is no casino rep who will admit this.I also understand it is impossible for them to admit it.

It is not only 32Red where it happened, for me they have always been the best regarding pay-out and there support is excellent and the best one can find.Right now it is the only online casino where I still am playing.

Like you I play at 32Red more than 5 years, almost on a daily basis.
Since the beginning of 2011, my losses are very big and I am not going to wait 6 months(like you) before I will close my account there too.
That will be the end of online gambling for me,and it then will be the best decision I have taken in 5 years.

If the payouts are lower in card games* compared to what they should statistically be then 32Red may be involved in fraud. They are eCogra sealed and eCogra requires the odds of the games to follow exactly the same odds as a physical game with corresponding rules. For example, Classic Blackjack delivers a 99.91% payout rate with basic strategy and this payout rate would have to be reached at 32Red as well, or the games are fraudulent.

Regarding these concerns, I had a PM discussion with Pat Harrison. He only gave me evading answers and refused to provide any audit proof that the games deliver expected return percentages. So much for their complete transparency...

* I am focusing on card games instead of slots as the return percentages and variances are clearly defined in card games, and the differences in observed vs. expected return percentages can be accurately statisically measured using various techniques.

The 99.91% return assumes that everybody plays with perfect strategy all the time.

True, however the average player error rate is measurable as well, and many might be surprised how small the extent of increased house edge due to player errors actually is. A study in Las Vegas B&M casinos showed player errors to increase the HE around 0.8%. Given the easier access to basic strategy tables online as well as correct autoplay strategy implemented within Microgaming software, I would expect the error rate to be even lower than 0.8% at MG casinos. So an audit report showing a 99.0% payout rate might be accetable, but not much lower than that.

I play Video Poker most of the time in Expert mode.
In 2006 my RTP was usually around 99%.(on a monthly basis)
Now I have sometimes only 95%.
Normally:confused: RTP on Video Poker cannot be changed, unless Video Poker is also a Slot game( like some members say)

The problem with video poker is it's high variance, so a 95% return is not a least bit abnormal as the return percentage will shoot up every time you hit a royal. The games where it is the easiest to prove manipulation are the low house edge, low variance games such as blackjack.

...Classic Blackjack delivers a 99.91% payout rate with basic strategy...
With basic strategy Microgaming Classic Blackjack has a 99.87% return.
I am sure you mean; with composition dependent strategy.

...this payout rate would have to be reached at 32Red as well...
I have run VP simulations and if you leave the simulator on long enough it always hits the expected return of the game.
You could do this with BJ as well. It would take much less time to see the expected return in BJ compared to VP.

Sure you nitpicker ;) 99.87% return is completely fine with me as long as it is truly delivered.
