32red.it is no more flushing withdrawals since last dec 16th.
actually their timing is 24h pending + evenctual weekends and holidays.

This is not the end of the world, and still 32 red is the best MGs casino we have in Italy IMPO, but yes the trend is they are going downhill.

Of course the italian management is quite different from the ".com" one, and I think such kind of news are for us poor italians only. But who knows.

Still playing there also because of the lack of real good alternatives.

Everytime I have tried playing the $250 Avalon freeroll this week I have gotten the dreaded 'Viper component has stopped working' message.

Anyone else getting this? Thought they had fixed these issues?

Well, i might be the first one who's has indeed taken some action and closed today my accounts at DASH, NED and Golden Lounge. Reasons which gave it the last nail:

- GOLDEN LOUNGE - on this account they downgraded me from the top loyalty level straight to the beginners level!!! and that after depositing 10's of thousands every year on that account, meaning that loyalty does not count at 32RED anymore and after all those deposits i am like a new customer to them!!!! :(
- DASH - i lost 1860 Euro this week in one session on this account.... apart from the 100% promo (200 chips) i was given a mere 50 extra chips and that only as a 25% purchase match for a fresh deposit of 200. Today Jonathan credited me a further 50 with this sentence, i quote:

Really struggling to see any room for extra chips H, but in the interests of starting the New Year on a positive note I’ve dropped 50 into Dash for you.
in the past another 200 or so wouldn't be a problem....but OK it was a small effort...lost those 50 and asked live chat for a rubies top-up (they are at 831 points) which was bluntly declined. Reason: "you have not deposited today"

- NEDPlay - this was the account where i deposited the least, but then there were never any promos available, but on the top loyalty tier you would get a 200 chip/100% match every month. This has been taken away now, so i see no reason whatsoever to deposit there any further.

This all shows yet again that 32RED is going downhill badly when it comes to customer support. With all this changes they rendered the live chat useless, no point asking for anything as all requests will be declined. I understand now where they are heading after reading through Pat's email once again. I quote from his email, this with regards to bonus chips:

So 32RED is losing money on all low rollers who deposit strictly on 50 or 100% promo days and only up to the max amount. This is now offset by getting the extra bonus chips (or goodwill chips as they call them) given to the players who deposit a lot more to a level below 25%.

Well, GL, NED and DASH won't see a penny from me in the future and i get more and more inclined to deposit at 32RED only on the 50&100% promo days, giving me an average of 66% deposit/bonus chips ratio.

Yes, they are still a pretty good casino, yes, they still pay reliably - but that's it, no more outstanding at all, just a normal casino now with lousy customer support.

I must say I noticed this too - I deposit monthly at Nedplay and always got automatically credited the 100% monthly first-deposit bonus. I didn't get it this month and noticed despite the bold headlines promoting it is now 'by e-mail invitation only' :eek2:
The Golden Lounge roulette wheel kept coming up with an error, landing on black (black means a bonus amount) and the value on the wheel being displayed as £0 then the red background saying in contradiction ERROR! spin successful or similar. The day it did work I deposited through the button and didn't get anything in bonus!
32red is OK for the bonuses but in tourneys (unlike Nedplay and GL) keeps coming up with error and closing the client down.

I never used to get it added in the download always had to ask in live chat for monthly nedplay 100$bonuses , ;) Sometimes the software does not always add it on its own .Always got it added as long you don't play your deposited first lol no problem

So whereas in the past i would get an extra 200 chips at least for that amount of deposits now i should be grateful and go thankfully onto my knees for a mere 50!!!

yeah you should be thankful for anything you get, they dont have to give you a comp chip regardless of how much you lost! so even if it was £10 you should be grateful,

The max i get now is 25 chips for a deposit of 25 once per month!!! you need to ask support to credit it.

I did not quote the complete emails, only the sentence relevant to the case, don't see any problem with that. I wouldn't mind people posting my emails here nor do i have control over that.

I used to be automatically credited it, now I don't get it. I don't get the e-mail invite. If you guys get it by asking CS then it's NOT 'automatically credited' as the promo states, is it??

They used to give better goodwill bonuses for loss , I have noticed that in the last year .I think harry aloud to express his views . I expected his not the only one who has noticed this also :rolleyes:

Its annoying a loss I know that's gambling we are spoilt with 32 red as they help out with goodwill's bonuses and we don't like it at times when they wont add anymore . lol give it a break for a bit bud that's what I learned or go to another casino :notworthy

I partially agree with you on the quotes but don't see a problem if i quote a few words from a message which help explain the case in question.

I requested the closure of the 3 accounts. Got a reply that it will take 72hrs to do that, so yes, i will be cutting down the time and money spent at one of the group's casinos as i will have now only the 32RED account active and will spend it where i will feel better rewarded for my loyalty.

I only play that once a month. If that's not ok, then that's perfectly fine for me since I'm actually a little bonus abuser by doing that :)

Their system have probably not been updated with the automaticly credited. Nedplay is nothing that are priority for either them or us.

Much of the rest seems to be a case of tightening up on the eligibility rules, and fewer discretionary free chips for players who ask. Nothing can hide the fact that these are an array of minor negative changes for players, which hit some harder than others. This is more than the two major changes of cutting weekend payments and extending the default pending period from 6 to 24 hours as well as banning the flushing of withdrawals on request by CS, which was more "good customer service" rather than an official perk.

Cutting the monthly bonus for players who only ever deposit once a month to take it is nothing new, they used to do this when they only had 32Red years ago. More ominous is taking punitive measures against a player who has deposited a sum in 5 figures over the past year (downgrade from top to bottom loyalty tier), as you can't deposit that much by only taking the bonuses.

They must have taken a hit over the severe tournament errors, errors that are still not fixed. This is reducing the revenue generated from buy-ins and continues, yet the prize pools are largely fixed. Despite how it looks, I suspect they took losses on the three 10K festive frenzy tournaments.

This certainly looks like an argument for players closing all but one main account with the group, keeping the one where they have the best history, and thus where they should be best appreciated.

32Red now need to start introducing changes that appeal to players as being positive in order to attract and retain, but which in reality have to be sustainable in a business sense. Apart from bonuses, the tournaments seem to offer possibilities that 32Red are not really embracing as much as they can.

For a start, they have daily free tournaments with a pretty small prize pot, but they could also have free tournaments with higher prize pots based on how much players deposit, or their loyalty level. It could even be used as a means to give away a fixed amount in bonus chips each day, rather than the amount claimed depending on the number of players taking part. Players would make their deposit, and then would get an entry in a one-shot tournament in order to win their bonus. There could even be different tournaments for different amounts deposited, so that the more you deposit, the higher the chances of winning a bigger bonus.

It may even have a huge positive boost effect as by showing the amounts as a series of prize tournaments, it might go from being "Dish of the day is much tighter than it used to be", to "Holy crap!!! Have you seen how much 32Red give away every day in one shot tournaments to depositing players!!"

Don't let them get you down harry I know its annoying I was depositing at least £300 per week on one or more of the 4 casinos for over a year and ask for a bit of goodwill bonuses from time to time and loyalty op ups as well .The start of the year they were good in giving out bonuses of goodwill so I got used to it .Middle of last year bonuses got lower and lower .Seems if you have a win a few months ago or something I know they wont give out any bonuses much on any accounts no matter how much loss you have on one of them .I suppose 32 red are a very big company and a few good customers closing or lowering deposits does them no harm and don't car less really .They can only do so much as giving out bonuses to customers i noticed these random 32 red letter days have gone near to none on my accounts of late the last few months .At one stage i was getting 1 a week .We spoiled by them lol .The best advice is shop around on other brands and casino's and give red a break for a bit :thumbsup:

The cuts began after the initial falls in the share price. However, the share price reflects investor sentiment, and is not necessarily a guide as to how a company is doing. This year would have seen investors wary because of the new UK regime, and gambling companies would have fallen out of favour despite the impacts of these changes being hard to assess.

Cuts may be a preventative measure due to the unknowns, but if done too deeply they can actually CAUSE a company to perform far worse as customers feel they are no longer being looked after. If the UK facing competition decides to wade in and take advantage of the negative sentiment among players, 32Red could find their players being poached by another site, and may not be so easy to lure back when things improve.

The "number of active players" they report is probably the best guide we will get to the true number of players actually closing their accounts and playing elsewhere, rather than those who SAY they are, but don't actually do it.
 
Received the confirmation that my accounts at GL, DASH and NED have been closed. Well, i would rather say "they are dormant" as the last sentence in the email was saying that i could contact Support at any time and they would re-open the account immediately should i wish to return. For me a door is closed or opened, there is no such thing as a "little closed"!!!!

Really funny that it contained the same auto-text as the acknowledgment email i received after sending my message 3 days ago requesting the closure, only this time confirming it.

Then i had two contradicting messages regarding my loyalty status at GL"

  • Pat told me in an email that the downgrade from Emerald straight down to Topaz was wrong and it would be corrected.
  • Jon wrote a day later that after my initial downgrade (still no reason given to me why that happened???) from Diamond to Emerald i did not accumulate enough points in December to keep me at Emerald level and therefore i was dropped straight to Topaz
Go figure who and what is right????!!!!

I was assured by Pat a few weeks ago that the recent changes have nothing to do with the share price level. I am not so sure about that as one way of increasing share price and shareholder value is improving your profit margins. Every school book tells you that and is business 101.

Part of the share price drop certainly goes back to the new regulations in the UK since 32RED has a big player base there.

IMHO all these changes will lead
To something. You don't just slow down payment processing, change loyalty schemes, and other not too player friendly decisions, when there's not a clear reason for it. And i guess they can't / won't take about it now, but we will see. Somethings cookin i guess....

Its a shame , They seem to be losing a lot of players of late .If not with the players depositing as they were or leaving altogether .Yes guess you are right there :thumbsup::notworthy

I know this for a fact as i was a very heavy player at Fortune Lounge until 3 years ago at which point they introduced the 24hrs pending period. I had a personal VIP host at the time and he told me between the lines that some 40-50% of the pending cashins were reversed and never paid out. Made a huge difference to their bottom line as it not only saves payouts but also fees to Neteller, Skrill etc.

I stopped playing there after losing a few times 5K Euro withdrawals and as i discovered 32RED & their 24/7 payments i switched all my play to the 4 casinos of the 32RED group. FL had maybe 1000 Euro in deposits in the past 3 years as all went to 32RED, so it puts the question...... yes, they saved on payouts and fees, but they also lost a very active player and a lot of fresh deposits as well.

I am keeping an eye at the moment on 32RED as the pending period is quite annoying :( .... had yesterday 3 withdrawals pending at the same time, couldn't even remember exactly which one will be paid when :confused::confused::confused:...total was 2500$, reversed and lost it all in a really poor run, bumped another 900$ in ....:mad: and luckily made it back to 4300$.... :D ....T2 paid 15x, 20x and 425xbet (@ 9$) in 3 sets of free spins within 50 spins with 5x multiplier :clap: ... which usually does not happen (at least my experience tells me that :) ) ...... since i only cashed in this morning (BKK time, which is GMT+7) i have to wait now until tomorrow afternoon (morning UK time) to have it processed. :(:(

To sum it up, i agree with you, something is cookin' ... time will tell.
 
I too have closed my account after 7 years and -$600,000 later. Other competitors value loyal players and i get treated like a VIP just as i expect them to. If i go to Vegas and spend thousands of dollars monthly, would i not get treated like a royalty? From free food & drinks to comps to complimentary hotel stays etc... Same concept here for online casinos. 32Red used to care and customer satisfaction was #1 priority. Emails to management attended to almost instantly. Whereas now, the sense of urgency and customer satisfactions means absolutely nothing. Emails to management goes missing and once you remind them after 12 days, the response is sorry we did not receive any emails. You send yet another email and it has been a few days, no response or confirmation or anything. If this is the direction an online Casino or a land based casino is moving, i would not walk away, I would run. I will take my money where its appreciated.

Some say we were spoiled by 32red. Well why shouldn't we? With the amount of money we continually deposit, why shouldn't we be spoiled? Its a competitive industry. There are plenty of others out there. Stay with 32red because they were once loyal to me? Well i was just as loyal to them as they were to me. Make a few changes like no more flushing and no weekend withdrawals, have constant technical issues etc...i can live with all of that. But stop treating me like a royal with the amount of deposits i make, Absolutely unacceptable.

I have always bragged about 32 red here and defended them with the recent changes. But as a club rouge member and being a daily depositor for 7 years, i can confirm the casino is definitely moving in a new direction.

I stopped playing there after losing a few times 5K Euro withdrawals and as i discovered 32RED & their 24/7 payments i switched all my play to the 4 casinos of the 32RED group. FL had maybe 1000 Euro in deposits in the past 3 years as all went to 32RED, so it puts the question...... yes, they saved on payouts and fees, but they also lost a very active player and a lot of fresh deposits as well.

Not surprising given that almost every withdrawal was met with an offer of some bonus for reversing it, usually between 20% and 30%, but usually less than what could be had by letting the withdrawal get paid and then taking up the next weekly offer. Very occasionally, the reversal offer was better value than the regular ones.

If i go to Vegas and spend thousands of dollars monthly, would i not get treated like a royalty? From free food & drinks to comps to complimentary hotel stays etc... If this is the direction an online Casino or a land based casino is moving, i would not walk away, I would run. I will take my money where its appreciated.

Some say we were spoiled by 32red. Well why shouldn't we? With the amount of money we continually deposit, why shouldn't we be spoiled? Its a competitive industry. There are plenty of others out there. Stay with 32red because they were once loyal to me? Well i was just as loyal to them as they were to me. Make a few changes like no more flushing and no weekend withdrawals, have constant technical issues etc...i can live with all of that. But stop treating me like a royal with the amount of deposits i make, Absolutely unacceptable.

I have always bragged about 32 red here and defended them with the recent changes. But as a club rouge member and being a daily depositor for 7 years, i can confirm the casino is definitely moving in a new direction.

IMHO all these changes will lead
To something. You don't just slow down payment processing, change loyalty schemes, and other not too player friendly decisions, when there's not a clear reason for it. And i guess they can't / won't take about it now, but we will see. Somethings cookin i guess....

Its worse for me, after 10 years gaming here and in club rouge. I received a timely kick out of club rouge, no explanation off live chat, just cheekily closed live chat on me. lower level now. I still have my account open and play now and again, but now I am thinking of closing it altogether. the x30 wr on slots just kills me.

We all want answers to different questions because what is important to you is not the same for me.

If they start to answer all questions they will have to do it all over and over again...and it will be a mess.

That message at the bottom is just great...still laughing :D:D:D, although it is actually a sad occasion to see seasoned players having to write such words about a place they enjoyed so much in the past.

I have not seen any of the players here receiving some sort of message from 32RED to improve things, seems like they just shut down and wait for the storm to pass..... a business tactic used widely in other areas.

Wrote to Pat and Jon, copied to Ed - no real answer other than it is a business decision and the standard words...we are sorry, etc etc.... Pat actually said that the downgrade will enable them to improve the benefits for the lower tiers.... haven't seen that happening :(

seems that they have removed players BIG TIME for getting any daily bonuses. me and few friends who also play at 32red was getting those daily bonuses, now suddenly havent got any bonuses since 1.1.2015.

i just wonder that what on earth are they thinking there atm :confused::confused::confused:

LOOOL .... Ok, let's take the most common one - the loyalty tier downgrade:

- a simple message like: "We have reviewed your account and in order to keep you on the top tier you need to wager XXXX / month/quarter/year and you only did XXXX. Wager another XXXX by xx.xx.xxxx and we will be happy to upgrade you back to the top tier"

Simple words which would have made a player understand the circumstances...but nothing of that sort or just closing the live chat like it happened to mina888, which is downright rude IMO
