I think they definitely definitely do listen to players on this forum - they might not always come to a decision that we like but they do listen.

If you mean how do we get weekend processing and max 4hr till processed cash out times again? I don't know. I wish we could get that back also :(

I'll still be playing there though, and they will still be on my list of casinos to recommend to others.


I force Pat to listen to me all the time. I just wish he could do as I say also. Guys you know :p

I still play there too of course. They wouldn't listen to people who just closed their accounts and walked away.

The funny thing was this.

Monika: we have never been processing payouts over the weekend. That is impossible due to the fact that banks are closed over the weekend.

Was it just me that used to get payed during the weekends last year before they removed it?

She can be new and don't know what they have done earlier.

Besides, most of their customers are paying using cards so it's correct for them.
It was just us who are using webwallets that was denied weekend payouts.

Seems they have changed they have changed their live chat support as well. As I see names I never seen before and I used to be a lot on livechat with problems when a bonus was not credited etc.

Today I decided okay let's try get into the positive Christmas spirit I kindly asked for a freebie as had very bad run of spell since I changed my account from old GoWild account now playing in £ instead of old one that was in us dollars.

I have made over £300 this month alone and over £500 last months all deposits lost. This month especially was tough as several deposits were cash deposit and not a lot of playtime either.

So though okay maybe a tiny no deposit would be possible. No I kindly advised I would not be able to do more deposit as earlier month I had spent over my budget this month.

But despite that and them checking with pitboss I was kinly told sorry we can not give you anything. You already had £80 Bonus and you have had plenty of GOOD PLAY.......good play???? :confused:

Yes you have had around 1200 played for your deposits. But you can use our daily bonus now. So please take use of that.

I just said nevermind I will play where I am valued as a player and don't have to beg support for a freebie. Must say I am not impressed but doesn't matter I will not make deposit and show my gratitude this way for the future. Things has changed here that is for sure I promised not to be negative but my experience today let me down :(

So if you don't get a small freebie this time then they are no good anymore?

I've been denied too and I remember being angry over it. What you have to remember is that the people in live support do have their rules to follow too.
It would be a lot easier for them to say yes than no. Always make everyone happy.

Well that might be true, but i said to her that i allways got my money to my webwallet(skrill).
But they were processed anyway during the weekend if custmers were using credit cards, they didnt get played during the weekend.

Yes we were paid on weekends too. I so miss those days :(

When I have had bad runs for months before and the only time I got when I asked was topup when I had around 940 points so I had 1000 Points :)

But no it is not the reason for they are no good anymore and will be my last deposit for now. If you read my other posts.

I have not posted this about being rejected a freebie to be totally negative towards 32Red I was just very disappointed as I know most other Casinos I play at would had given at least a small freebie.

Just hoped they would had given something but is was just the way livechat handled it. She kept messaging about you had GOOD PLAY TIME and also kept saying you can use our daily bonus offers now etc. Just put me way off.

I don't want to disrespect as I know 32Red do so much good for us members here at Casinomeister with their free giveaways like free spins in new games. And also the Freerolls Mark sorts out. So big respect for Mark and the great work he does for them. He is the top man keeping the ship floating in my opinion. This is my reason for not closing account though I really do not see myself as a major depositor here anymore.

To be honest as well I do have profit from my old account at 32Red which was in dollars so overall yeah I can not complain really anyway can I :oops:

Also to not forget Pat has been great in the past with the very kind Christmas surprises every year and he is also a top bloke at 32Red though I doubt there will be any this year......
 
I agree that making a bit longer withdrawal times sucks, but its not something that you should take seriously , because they pay (even big wins) and usually within about 36 hours. I know everyone wants their money out right away, but this is still an acceptable withdrawal time.

Yes that is right and for people who can accept to wait this long then there is also the option to ask for account to be temp locked until withdrawal has been moved so they wont be tempted to reverse it.

HEHE yeah I can see that. 70 cents sound very good on 20 spins from that game though :p I have lost at least £250 of my deposits on that slot at 32Red hehe. So in the new year I will want to get them back......:eek:
 
It also appears that the 24 hr pending/reversible doesn't count at the weekend. I've just checked on my current withdrawal, which has now been pending for 43 hours, and is still reversible


I honestly find this disgraceful!! so disappointed with 32red, just don't know whether I can be bothered with them anymore, how hard is it for live chat to flush withdrawals?, I would really like to know the thinking behind these decisions do they not realise how this is coming across to their customers

It needn't be hard at all. The software could have a "flush my payment" button for the PLAYER to find and use. It's nothing new, Casino Action had this way back in 2005 - Download Microgaming Viper client too! Ladbrokes and Go Wild also had something very similar, a zero pending period that meant that the withdrawal was sent for processing within seconds of it being finalised in the lobby. Of course now we have the facility largely confined to the browser based multi provider operators, where players frequently report getting paid "within a couple of hours".

52 hours now, still reversible. I may have just got back from a very (drunken) good birthday night out. But I'm still not tempted in the slightest to reverse my withdrawal

Try playing at Mr smiths. I made a withdrawal the other week and, literally 2 seconds after I'd clicked on the withdrawal button, I received an email from Neteller to say that the funds were in my account.

It seems it's actually "24 hours and a little bit", with a preference for holding payment over till the Monday rather than ensuring it makes it out Friday afternoon before the banks close. Could it be that Friday afternoon is now considered "the weekend", and will no longer be a time to make the effort to get withdrawals that passed their 24 hour pending earlier in the day out to players during the afternoon.

If they had made the effort, but been let down by external factors, although you wouldn't have received the money, it would no longer be with the casino either.

Withdrawals made after 3.15pm on Thursday will stay pending until Monday, 3.14pm, after which they will be processed for payment, that is a solid 96hrs or 4 days to process a withdrawal.... it's like going back to the stone age.

It will be worse for the Christmas period; withdrawals made after 3.15pm on Tuesday, 23rd Dec. will be held reversible until 3.14pm on Monday, 29th Dec. :mad: :mad: :mad:

Reason enough for me to stop playing at 32RED from Thursdays afternoon to Sundays afternoon and deposit instead at Guts or similar who are processing withdrawals 24/7/365.
 
Worse than I thought

Could someone clarify that the weekend counts/not counts towards the 24 hour pending period?

I have a withdrawal from Friday night that is still reversible but has obviously passed the 24 hour mark. I assumed this would be paid out first thing Monday? or does the 24 hours start Monday in which case it would be paid out Tuesday!

No, they should process weekend w/d's Monday business hours still.
 
After all the good 32Red has done over the last +decade, it's a real shame that the majority here have selective amnesia. In fact, some of you ought to be ashamed of yourselves acting as if 32Red is just another crap MGS casino. And at the same time posting conjectures as though they were facts.

What I am hearing from a bunch of you is "I want my money, and I want it f*%#ing now!" bullshit while ignoring the top notch support, communication, special promotions, managerial skills, generosity, player compassion, and special treatment that a lot of players - some of you included - have received. A great casino is more than a bloody bonus and a weekend payout. What utterly disgraceful ungratefulness.

To be fair I dont think its about getting money fast (well not for me) but when you have a 24 hour pending period that has now turned into 50 odd hours because its a weekend well I do find that bad practice, its either 24 hours or its not. Yeah I was disappointed that I can no longer flush my winnings, but then I got over it because I can control myself. What everyone would like to know (I think),is why these decisions are being taken, they keep making changes but no one explains why!
