I think Ladbrokes must be in desperate needs.
Yesterday I received not 1 but 6 e-mails from them offering this and that.
I had already sent several e-mails asking them to close my account due to their total lack of professionalism.
I sent another one yesterday to them and after a few hours I actually received a reply to inform me that my account was closed.
    Great I thought.
So my question to anyone at Ladbrokes if you read this why on earth are sending me e-mails today after the account is closed.
You are just making a laughing stock out of yourselves.
This is not a 1 man brigade to have a go at Ladbrokes as I certainly do not give out just for the sake of it.
I have had bad experiences for months with them and have all the proof to show that.
So please Ladbrokes leave me alone.

I closed my account just after they announced they were moving away from MG but still week after week get pestered by bonuses and free spins on Frankie Dettori. I did call their support team to check the account was closed, which they confirmed. They blamed the spam on unsolicited affiliate spam which I should report. I don't think so when it has my Ladbrokes username on

Really miss the old the Ladbrokes, my biggest ever slot win and they sent me a gift to congratulate me plus kept me informed by telephone once MG confirmed the win. Way to ruin a good casino :(

The win was an accident as I hit MAX BET by mistake on Lord of the Rings (£25 spin) and got the free spin bonus. First spin in got a four lines of wilds and then the eye thing that expanded to make the whole screen wild. Total bonus win was £55k. Within two minutes the phone rang congratulating me and was told my account was to be locked until MG investigated and confirmed the win. As it was a Friday night on a Bank Holiday weekend, they sent a box of wine for the hold up.

Never understood why they removed Lord of the Rings and Girls With Big Breasts (sorry Guns) is not a good replacement :p

Firstly - what a great story! Accidental £55k win! Get in!

    Secondly

Really? That is astonishing! So within that short period of time they knew that had happened and triggered a phone call? Wow. Also - £55k is peanuts for Ladbrokes - although admittedly large for a single win.

    Interesting insight - cheers!

Hope you enjoyed the box of wine:D Your win of 55k has to be the biggest success story of somebody accidentally hitting max bet I have read:)
Anyway I agree Ladbrokes was once a great casino that has fallen into decline rapidly since the switch over. I get several emails from them each day. Some from Bingo and I don't even play bingo. Don't they get that sending emails upon emails does not inspire players to deposit. It just reinforces our intent to not play there ever again.

I had two texts from them yesterday and had the exact same message via email.

I have no intention in depositing there as I don't play Playtech and their game lag is horrendous! !

I played some free spins a few weeks back and whilst playying I got messaged by a cs agent trying to get me to deposit. This would never have happened with the old Laddies so they must be losing a lot of members.

I know its weird. Before the change over I'd only get the odd email but since then I get bombarded with Laddies emails. I was wondering do they have new CS and advertising team along with new (and crappy) platform?
