I deposited $100 June 4th www.goodasgoldcasino.com, got a $100 match bonus and cashed out $295. I deposited $100 on June 5th at www.wssbsport.com, received a $100 match bonus and lost. I deposited $100 at www.vipcasinos.com, received a $100 match bonus and cashed in $595. I received the $295 from Good As Gold but I only received $395 from Vip Casinos, $200 short. When I contacted the casinos I was told by the accounting manager that I was a bonus abuser so they removed $200. 1st of all, I only received a $100 bonus at Vip Casinos so how can they remove $200 form my account? And these bonuses are credited manually; they must be approved by management before being credited. So at the point that I requested the 3rd bonus, they should have said I was a "bonus abuser" and not given me the $100 bonus. I pitched a bitch with Casinomeister who sent them two emails which he told me were never answered. I am new to internet gambling and I could find any negative info on this casino group other than the black jack rules are horrible, can't double a 9 against a dealer 6 for example. Everyone says they have great customer service and fast payouts. True they paid me fast, but they stole from me ever faster. These casinos belong on casinomeisters rouge list. The simple fact that they would not write him back in regards to this is in my opinion an admission of guilt. DO NOT PLAY AT THESE CASINOS AS THEY WILL NOT PAY AND HAVE THE WORST SOFTWARE AROUND!

OMG...this thread is classic!

DO NOT PLAY AT THESE CASINOS AS THEY WILL NOT PAY AND HAVE THE WORST SOFTWARE AROUND!

Eric--if indeed, these casinos have the "worst software around," why on earth would you torture yourself by depositing $100 (each) into three casinos?

Hmmmmm...

Unless, of course, you were only interested in the bonuses?????

:eek2:

VIPcasinos.com casino is being placed in the "not recommended" section sometime today. They have failed to answer any inquiries concerning this issue. 6th July, 13 July, and yesterday the 20th.

Not to be confused with VIPcasino, a Wagerlogic casino.

That's because there never has been, to the best of my knowledge. What an unexpected turn of events. They should certainly be subject to a complete boycott, and I hope Bryan can work one of his Google tricks on this one.

Greedy Girl: can one assume from your comment that you're condoning these actions on the part of the casino?

This is strange behaviour from vipcasinos.com which is part of the VIP Management Group headed by Alistair Assheton - an industry exec of some standing and reputation who is involved with a couple of heavyweight industry organisations.

Maybe things have changed and I decided to play at the wrong time? Like I said in my original post, I could only find positive information on these casinos so I was surprised when the kept my $200. And for them to ignore 3 emails is rouge. They should at least email back and say that they are going to stand by their decision and not pay people who play with a bonus or whatever. Has anyone else been stiffed by these guys or am I special?

"And for them to ignore 3 emails is rouge. They should at least email back and say that they are going to stand by their decision and not pay people who play with a bonus or whatever."

I absolutely agree with you - refusing to communicate is inexcusable. I've directed Alistair A to this thread btw.

Isn't rouge what women put on their cheeks to make them look rosy? ;)

Absolutely not, Caruso. To be honest, my instincts are telling me there's some sort of flub by the casino on this one. I can't explain why Bryan has not heard back from anyone on this, either. Just as Jetset explained, Allistair is a straight-up guy. I can't help but feel there's an innocent explanation to the non-replies to Bryan's queries.

I just received notice from Skip Allan, Operations Manager at VIP Management Services that I was paid the $200 I won at their casinos. I would like to take this opportunity to address some of the things he wrote in the email he sent to Casino Meister, I was CC'ed on the email. Skip wrote,

To give you a little background on his accounts, Eric first opened an account at VIP, received a $100 matchplay bonus and proceeded to withdrawal $595 after he wagered a total of $3,300, not a single dollar over the required rollover. Eric then opened an account at Good as Gold, received a $100 matchplay bonus and proceeded to withdrawal $295 after he wagered a total of $3,305, a total of $5 over the required rollover.

The wagering requirments were 15x the deposit and the bonus, or in this case 15x $200 or $3000, so I am not sure where he came up with me wagering $0 and $5 over the wagering requirements?

He also wrote:

we have chosen to keep our rollover requirements low to attract the masses, of which most aren't out whoring bonuses like Eric.

Now I am a whore? In any case, I am pleased with the ultimate out come although Skip never gave reason why no one responed to Casino Meisters emails until today when I posted this thread. I would also like to ask Skip why their Black Jack rules are do dumb, in other words, why can you double an Ace 7 against a dealer 9? Why would I want to play at a casino that has house rules unlike any others software I know, Playtech, RTG, Microgaming etc? But in all fairness to Skip and his operations, the end result was fair but I doubt most other players would have bitched the way I did and got paid. In fact I received $15 over the $200 they owed me which I will spend tomorrow on a personalized t-shirt the reads, "I am a Bonus Whore"

Some casino managements never cease to amaze me - they must have attended the "How to lose customers 101" course over at VIP if this is their ungracious and disrespectful attitude toward the people who put bread on their table. It is just unbelievable.

They set the rules for the damned bonus, and then call a customer a bonus whore for accepting their offer...and make him hang around and have to bitch to get paid?

Someone needs a wake up call at this place. I wonder how many other players have been treated in this manner but have neither the knowledge or determination to complain and have just let the situation go...

Funny stuff... LOL... but Skip is not the only casino/sportsbook manager that likes to call people bonus whores... the only comment I have is that if they take the bonus you offer and meet your conditions, are you a bonus pimp?

How professional is it to use words like "whore" and "whoring" in an official communication? This is / was regarded as a good group, which speaks volumes for this super-tacky industry.

How many suckers has this place f****d over who never found their way to the boards to lodge a complaint? Again, quite the little eye-opener.

"How many suckers has this place f****d over who never found their way to the boards to lodge a complaint? Again, quite the little eye-opener."

That is what I thought as I am sure that most people would just accept the fact that they were bonus whores and walk away with empty pockets. I think that someome should open a website, www.bonuspimp.com. This operator would only help bonus whores such as myself that were "screwed" by guys like Skip due to their whoring practices. If in the end the bonus pimp got the money for the bonus whore, the bonus pimp would keep 95% of it.

And just for the record, I don't feel like I am a bonus whore becuase contrary to what Skip said about me wagering exactly $0 and $5 over the requirements, I wagered exactly $300 and $305 over the requirements which in my opinon qualifys me as a "bonus slut"

From tomorrow's Casinomeister News....

Complying with the rules is not abuse

VIP Management Services exec Skip Allan was perhaps having a bad day during a tussle with a player owed $200 in a bonus dispute involving three casinos this week. Either that or he has little respect for those he wrongly terms "bonus abusers".

Long story short, the player had bonuses disqualified and then emails ignored at this normally straight-up sportsbook and casino group. So a respected mediator got involved and was ignored too. Then it hit the message boards, and other industry people working behind the scenes contacted top execs at the group.

Allan responded, awarded the $200 rather ungraciously and incorrectly accused the player of only just meeting the T&Cs. (Say what? The casino draws up the rules, the player complied and more with them....and he's an abuser?)

Rubbing salt in the already raw wounds, Allan then wrote in an email copied to the player, "...we have chosen to keep our rollover requirements low to attract the masses, of which most aren't out whoring bonuses like (the player).

This is the sort of faux pas that can cause untold damage even to a reputable group.

The final word goes to the player. "But in all fairness to Skip and his operations, the end result was fair but I doubt most other players would have bitched the way I did and got paid. In fact I received $15 over the $200 they owed me which I will spend tomorrow on a personalized t-shirt with the slogan, "I am a Bonus Whore"

saved me

Wow, so sorry that happened to you. I'm rather new to online gaming and find this forum a great watchdog group(complete with a biting grip!) I had been thinking of depositing at Good As Gold because I tried the slots and liked their games. I tried in free mode and when I went to reload more free tokens, was politely told by live support that it is a one time deal but they would put more free tokens in for me to try; which they promptly did. Now I know they are free...not complaining....but couldn't find anywhere on the page that stated it was a one time deal. I was a bit leary simply based on that alone...not making rules clear and in black and white.

I guess I won't deposit there and do hope you get things straightened out.
Good Luck

Does anyone have an other problems with these casinos (VIP Management Services group)? I seem to remember a similar problem with goodasgold (player was told his wagering patterns were suspect) but can't find any information on this now. I also remember they added a term about 'equal wagering' (they seem to have copied this from iGlobalmedia terms) that may have caused a problem too as I don't think they understood the rule!

Goodasgold had a special casinomeister promo. Did any particular complaints cause the group to be removed (I'm particularly interested in whether there were many more complaints)?

It is a bit disappointing for this company to allow this to happen as they are good in most respects. They had emailed me about advertising on my site but it looks like these problems are hard to resolve.

They were never listed here. Blackjackplayer was - which was independent from VIP casinos if I recall correctly, but they merged and I let them go on their way. I don't think I had any complaints.

Sorry, I did mean Blackjackplayer but I think they are all in the same group. There is another complaint about goodasgold here (not sure if it is valid):

but I can't find the one I was thinking of.
