So you are saying it's ok to break the bonus terms if it's only by a little? What about those players who stick with the terms and never break them? Would that be fair to them? I've played RTG casinos off and on for the past 16 years and I have never noticed this trick you are talking about.
Once you break the terms all game play is null and void. The best way to handle this is to ask if they could reset the bonus and start again - asking them for favors is not the way to deal with this.
This response is unbelievably partisan and extremely manipulative, making me understand that you have interest in siding with Golden Euro.
I did not knowingly break the rules, and breaking the rules did not benefit me in any way. I corrected the error once I've noticed it.
This event shouts out so clearly that the casino is just using any trick and excuse not to pay.
Not only the casino should limit my bet (which they can easily do) instead of not paying me, they changed my bet so that they will have an excuse not to pay. They make millions out of pulling stunts like this, and if you need proof of it, just read your own forum.
Their fine prints are getting smaller and smaller just to make sure no player would be payed her/his winnings.
So many claims of players not being payed because of allowed games or max bet, the casinos just keep on not paying instead of changing and limiting the software.
You and your forum can bring the change by forcing the casinos to change and start playing fair but instead you just keep making sure the casinos will keep on voiding winnings of players.
If you would have any honesty in you, which clearly you do not, you would at least mention that the casino voided a random jackpot that they should pay or return to the game.
You're criticizing the player instead of the system, because I'm assuming you work for the system and the system works for you (maybe ads in your website, maybe more benefits from casinos).
You're clearly partisan, and I can't believe I came to this forum thinking anything higher of you.
