I find it very annoying that inquiries are often flat-out ignored when sent to the cashier email address. I have sent 1 email per day all week asking for the tracking number for my recently approved withdrawl. As par for the course, I have yet to receive any sort of response. How difficult is it to even send an acknowledgement email just to admit to receiving the email to begin with?

My advice to the Live Chat support people: Stop telling people to email the cashier because you are asking your players to send emails into a black hole. Honestly, it's just awful customer service...

been having the reply problem for months. The cashier will say i responded but you need to check your email settings. there is no block on my email and all their spam and bonus offers go through just fine. I just found out that they reversed my withdrawal back in to my account. no email no nothing. Apparently they are no longer offering the ACH withdrawal is all i can figure. Either that or its a clever ploy to try and get me to play back my winnings. Either way the communication sucks. I have only played there because its an accredited casino, but with all their problems, should they be accredited?

I've had the same problem, so it looks like this is a common problem. I was told my banking details were out of date, sent an email with the proper details, asked for a reply back and never got it. It's been about 3 weeks now. Management needs to manage their casino. That is just an unacceptable way of doing business!
Frankly, getting this casino to answer ANY emails is hit or miss.

I suggest calling them if not getting email response

Call them instead of email but if not able to call them during their working hours then email support and ask them to forward your email to Michael or Stephen and email cashier attention Michael.

I don't have a problem receiving a response. Sorry others are having the problem

Oh, and also send a message through the casino software "click on messages" and then new message/send message and ask it be forwarded to the cashier and that the routing be sent to you through the "message" system.

That also works for me.

But in regards to recieving courier check, you should receive it within 3-4 working days following them processing/approving it. If you don't there is a problem on their end no doubt.

You can also call FedEX I have done that before and even without a routing number if you are in their system they can find your delivery via your name and address.

Hope this helps.

No problems here

I cashed out $2000 at CW and the following morning got an email from Steve saying they were changing processors and unless i wanted to wait I should request a check. My first thought was uhoh here we go... I replied back and within minutes he responded. I had a check within 6 days which is the fastest I've ever gotten one. By the way, it was my first time there, I put in $50 and hit a Royal Flush! Is there any better feeling?
