<div class="bbWrapper">I find it very annoying that inquiries are often flat-out ignored when sent to the cashier email address. I have sent 1 email per day all week asking for the tracking number for my recently approved withdrawl. As par for the course, I have yet to receive any sort of response. How difficult is it to even send an acknowledgement email just to admit to receiving the email to begin with?<br />

My advice to the Live Chat support people: Stop telling people to email the cashier because you are asking your players to send emails into a black hole. Honestly, it's just awful customer service...</div>
