genesys club/betonsoft software

Hi everyone. This is my 1st post. Been playing on line for many years. Triied collecting a jackpot here and there with no success.

Lately i have noted the Genesys Club betonsoft casinos. They are similar to the Microgaming software.

Has any one in the group played on anyone of their gaming sites? There are 5 total.

Their software appears to be good. Tried to claim a win but just got the runaround. Note the casino was not related to Genesys Club.

Are you saying that you tried to collect a jackpot at Club World? Reason I ask is this thread is specific to that group of casinos.

Some people here play at some of the BetOnSoft casinos - I personally have only played at Treasure Mile because it's the only one that had any deposit options that worked for me, and I never cashed out so I don't know what that was like.

Do you mean make a cash-out?
