Decided to give genesis brand casino planet a go as I really fancied playing with a bonus but had ran out at other casinos. So against my better judgment after reading bad reviews etc I still gave it a go. Managed to cashout 200GBP on Saturday last week, heard nothing till Monday went on chat got put on hold for 20 minutes while they “contacted the relevant team” came back with no information and said I needed to wait for an email. Waited another 24 hours expecting to get asked for docs or the usual heel dragging casinos try to do to receive no emails. Decided to email there support team to be told withdrawal requests take 72 hours (which in its self is ridiculous)and I should hear today (this was 2 days ago) emailed them again yesterday asking what on earth there doing no reply. Can wait on live chat for half an hour to get cut off or try there phone number to be told to use live chat or email (which there not replying to). I heard people in this position so many times but have never had problems myself, and I have played on online casinos for over 3 years has anyone else had this problem and it got sorted? Absolutely will not play at there casinos ever again I understand it’s my fault for not using my better judgment and swerving the brand all together but if you win you get paid sure it’s in there license. There service is absolutely disgusting and the place needs shutting down! The part that I can atleast get a laugh out of is how the header on there email says you are our top priority.

9 days on they have self excluded my account saying I am on Gamstop even though I came off it in summer time, and have played at other places with no problem. Every time I receive an email they just keep telling me the relevant team is looking into it. Absolutely disgusting practice. Hope the gambling commission takes there license away again.
 
once one starts going on gamstop and excluding from casinos it does cause problems in the future,most casinos have sister sites etc so if exclude from one then it will most probably cause problems when trying to sign up for others of the same brand,ive never used gamstop so i dont know i guess its like being blacklisted or bankrupt these things can stay for years on file.With casinos its like different horses for different courses ive never had a problem with genesis global to be honest its probably one of the few places that you are going to get a deposit match these days
