Question Game winnings not added too balance

Hello,

Today i had 2 weird experiences at 2 different casino's about winnings from a slot.
Im not complainig about the casino's,because i think they cant do anything about this but i just want too hear or more people had this experience.

First,this morning at Betat i took my achievement bonus from the TS2 and IR slots that was 5 euro.
After that i did some spins on IR i managed too climb too around 10 euro balance when the feature hit,
i choose Troy and manged too win around 44 euros out of the free spins,but when i left the feature my balance was still on 10 euro.....
I thougt maybe its delayed or whatever so i played a little bit further and pretty fast another feature hitted.
Took Troy again and won over 50 euros...wich did luckly drop in my balance.
I went on livechat and had great support but they couldnt find that whole first winnings at all,i couldnt also in my game history...very strange,maybe i just had dreamed it or something?
After all Betat gave me 20 euro bonusmoney for the inconvenience and was happy with it....but its still weird.

Second,i played a freeroll tournament at Videoslots on Flux for the freespins and managed too get 5 free rounds.
I hit a bonus round in this 5 games and my winnings were around 8,50 euro,but guess what!
no credits were added too my balance....ok now this is taking very strange for me,so contacted livechat again.
Great support again but the same answer as at Betat only he could see that i used my free spins but didnt had any winnings from it ......i must be dreaming alot today i think.
He said he would pass it too technical service and if they know more about it they contacted me.

Are there more people who are experiencing this or am i wrong or DO i just dream too much?

Sounds like a dream that is turning into a nitemare

If it happened at one casino....maybe. But it happened at two very trustworthy casinos it would be hard to convince me. I believe you are honest but perhaps your eyes are playing tricks. Really don't know. On some games you have to press collect after a win for it to add to your balance but not on those slots.

I have played steady for over 10 years and it has never happened to me that I know of.

Yes im honest offcourse i am,i know its a weird situation....too bad i didnt take screenshots or whatever,but im not fancy in taking screenshots from 8 euro winnings every time .
but imagine a full feature round in IR...im sure i didnt. (otherwise i imagined definatly a 5 reel wild desire)

it has happened to me also couple months ago,the slot was jackhammer...i got disconnection while in the bonusround,i was up around 120 in the bonusround,
when i logged back in,nothing was added to my balance

also when i looked in played spins i could not find it back,support looked into it and i did get it eventually

If support can find it then its ok.
for me both couldnt find it,and i didnt have any disconnections also at that time.

I had a similar problem.

On the 10th dec I was playing IR at Tivoli Casino, when i got an error 212 during a bonus round. Not only the error but i was logged out of the site.

When I logged back in, the game wouldn't load, it just kept showing the error. So I reported it to CS, played some other games and cashed out.

After checking the game, almost daily, I found on the 24th Dec, that the fault had finally been cleared and I had the remaining 6 spins to play, and since I had previously cashed out, a zero balance.

I only won £4.40 from the remaining spins. but only £1.20 was credited to my balance.



I've also noticed, quite a few times recently at a few casinos, when I've had, say, a 4OAK+wild on either IR or TSII, and I've clicked on spin to avoid the count up. then noticed my balance wasn't quite what I was expecting it to be. But I was just putting it down to my mind playing tricks on me.

But the more it's happening, the more I'm thinking that some wins aren't being credited properly, and I'm keeping a closer eye on my balance now.

Something similar happened to me over the New Year, a £324 win on roulette that didn't credit to my balance, notified CS who told me that it had been happening to some players and check in a few hours to see if it was credited. It wasn't and a manual credit was dome the next day, with £26 extra added for the inconvenience. My problem is that I noticed it because of the size of the win, nut as I was betting £60 per spin, I don't know if any small wins hadn't been credited as my balance was over £1000 and I know I had wagered £25K +. It makes me very wary of playing at the site it happened on.

Same to me a few times, I know betat has had a few threads about credits not updating, Last time happend to me was at slotaway, Showed wins in history but not credited, About an hour later wins went on,

Take note that I see somebody mention Tivoli, Bonus credits only show on netent and not all of them, I also had some trouble there, For instance money changes from £ to Euro, Than even if you have cash and bonus you get a pop up stating insufficient funds?

So the bonus round and the 8 euro winnings wich im 100% SURE of i saw in my screen i imagined myself also....totally crap.
