Gambling under a fake name

The majority of bookmakres don’t there is not one bookmaker that has stopped payments going through and I could list you 20 off the top of my head. You obviously work for or are part of some sort of casino.
Please drop the aggressive attitude. Just because someone disagrees with you doesn't mean they have something to gain if they debate your statements. This forum is nearing 25 years, and one thing that sets it above the rest is its membership and the knowledge that they reflect. So chill out.

Also, since you have (supposedly) read the rules of this forum - you'll garner that we are adamant that player fraud is one of the biggest problems that afflicts this industry. It is player fraud that screws over the day-to-day player - and which has f*&^ed the enjoyment factor of online gambling.

So fingers are and will be pointed at you. You are gaming the system, and you feel you are entitled to do so. Pretty pathetic when you can't even admit taking responsibility of your own actions. Not once have you asked for any assistance for your gambling issues. You're just here to either brag, stir the shit, or get more ideas.

As owner of the forum, I am obliged to remind you that we don't condone player fraud in the least bit:

Forum Rules

1.10 - Members who commit player fraud: Those who participate in fraud inspired chargebacks, or create fake accounts, gnoming, multiple accounts, etc. will be banned from Casinomeister.

1.12 - Postings that incite fraudulent player activity: These posts are not welcome and will probably be deleted. Members who encourage fraud will probably be kicked to the curb as well.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

As @Mark_Lottomart mentioned, please do all of us a favour and quit your nasty habit. You can choose to either be banned from here, or if you'd like to maintain your membership - I can move you into the non-Gambling user group. That would allow you to participate here, but in the non-gambling forums. You have until the end of the day to decide.

So nothing more here. Relooking at your posts @gs22, I'll do you a solid and add you to the non-gambling user group. You can read and participate in the non gambling sections of this forum and maintain your membership here.

If you have any questions, please PM me. Thank you.

Cheers!

Bryan

I agree with the gambler think all these other people are making way too big a deal out of that who cares what your name is did you win or did you lose? If you won pay him the money if he lost then he lost the money. they were perfectly fine with whatever his name was if he was losing however, when he began to win, then they had an issue with what his name was. Why are they banning people if they just ask for a refund? Why don’t they just refuse the refund and keep it moving And all you gambler haters are gamblers yourselves. Obviously, if you know that much detail about fraud and gambling, you more than likely are familiar with it yourself and possibly need to seek help for a gambling problem yourself. This person obviously knows much less about fraud and gambling and the policies and laws in place surrounding it ,than all the other people that have quoted” the book”. With that in mind, I can gather that these are the more addicted gamblers, and have a much more advanced problem Than the original guy More power to u dude, They should have had to pay. I can’t think of anyone that hasn’t used a fake name on the Internet that doesn’t mean you’re doing something to trick someone into paying you money that’s just a matter of self security, whether or not, you played the game without cheating should be the only thing that the casino can consider when banning you for fraud. Bottom line if you play the game and won you should get paid.

I’m a self excluded customer but was allowed to open an account with beltway under a different name but was still allowed to use my card with my name on it I lost over £1000 I had a lot of withdrawals in this time I asked for a refund but was refused then account was closed.

Fast forward 3 months I opened another account with them under a different name and the card under my name, I deposited £300 and won £500 they refused to pay me the winnings and returned the £300 worth of deposits.

Surely the bookmakers cant have one rule for winning with a card under a different name and one rule for losing with a card under a different name.

Not sure why you are bumping a seven month old thread, the OP has been moved to the quit gambling section and thus isn't able to see this thread.

For clarity, the second quoted message is from the OP (the opening message of the thread), the first "quote" is the reply from the new member:
If you won pay him the money if he lost then he lost the money. they were perfectly fine with whatever his name was if he was losing however, when he began to win, then they had an issue with what his name was.

In regards the timing, I suspect many members would agree that they could and should have done their due diligence earlier and closed his account. Unfortunately he was in breach of the terms and conditions the moment he opened the account - and thus was never entitled to the winnings.

The problem, as we discussed at the time, is the number of people trying to exploit a mechanism intended for genuine self-exclusion cases, as a mechanism to freeroll the casino (withdraw if you win, complain for a refund if you lose)... which is why a number of casinos will now confiscate funds as a terms of service violation, rather than refund.
