Gala bingo help

Hiya everyone :D
My first post.

I have had lots of problems with Gala Bingo/casino and wondered if they had a rep on here. I see there Affiliate Manager is Ciara Gala but no name next to the Rep.

Would rather have a quick word with a rep before shouting out the problems.

dont look like nobody going to answer, nobody answering live help either :(

left a message to ask them to close my account, even though it's in the accredited list its the worst place I ever played at.
 
Just incase anyone is curious as to why I had problems there,


I know to some these might be little things but they was enough to annoy me into deciding to stop with Tombola in the furture and closing my account with Gala.



Since I joined (6 days),

1) I got charged double for 2 deposits I made (my bank said they was shadow payments from gala's payment processor that should of been removed , they got them fixed for me but they still sent me overdrawn)

2) I got asked for my documents to prove who I am, sent them, then 3 days later I got my account locked, went to live help and they told me it was because they hadn't processed my documents and she had to look for them in mail.

3) The site went down for 5 hours,

4) I lost over a day in the newbie room cause of all these problems.

5) I tried using live help a few times but 6 out of 7 times it didn't work.

6) I emailed them and they sent me a whole £1 bingo bonus for my troubles

P.S, I have screenshots of the double pay, and chat and everything.

Hi Shaz,

I obviously can't comment on the lack of live chat, but you should give the Rep a little longer to reply, it is a weekend after all. Also I'm not sure if the Rep is also based here in Gibraltar, but it's a Bank Holiday here tomorrow too, just so you know. :)

Good luck in getting it all sorted.

Have closed my account now so nothing to be sorted, just posted the problems for anyone thats curious.
I think I gave them long enough though, I tried to contact them via live chat and emailed them and then just gave up :)

It's funny though live chat did work the once ok today when they closed my account for me and once when my account was locked but other times just no responce
 
If you look over at Gambling Grumbles you'll see that Gala are well and truly on the shitlist, not a place to play at IMO.

Never heard of Gambling Grumbles before so thanks for that :) I only joined them as they are on the Accredited list here lol
