FYI: Casinos Brango, Extreme, Yabby and Adrenaline MGMT Change

I just wanted to give a heads up to you guys about a recent, (within last week) higher management change over at these affiliated brands:

Casino Extreme
Casino Brango
Yabby Casino
Casino Adrenaline

I have not experienced any more or less then the average tight slots for quite sometime now so I cant verify if there are any slow pays or no pays. Also after getting this intel through the grape vine, I asked on chat if ownership has changed and they refused to answer the question.
 
Casino Extreme has been around for a while and is reviewed here at Casinomeister
Their RTG casino go down for “maintenance“ a lot. Daily it seems, they’ve been down for 3 hours straight as I type this. It’s always maintenance too, and as usual they blame RTG for an incorrect update. Bullshit. they use The same excuse every time.
 
While they may not be active here for the last almost 2 months. This rep is still active elsewhere. So I flagged this whole thread as being false. If the admin team wants my screen shot proof, I can provide said proof. Yet I don't think it'd be appropriate to post it on this forum, as it would be promoting 2 other forums in the process.

i have no idea about MGMT change part of the thread but the portion I wrote about their RTG casinos (Brango,Extreme,Yabby) going Down for maintenance frequently is absolutely true. It’s been down the the last hour+ and of course support has the same scripted response of blaming RTG for a system upgrade. you would think if the MGMT change was a big deal their forum reps would be quick to officially set the record straight as well as be more active on this forum. Perhaps the mgmt change is why they aren’t active on here any more? I have no idea.

No I was just quoting the original poster, not your post. Sorry about that but Mikey is still with the brand as he even replied elsewhere today.

Good that you mentioned these brands, I recently found out that a woman I know for very long, is working with them for some time.
Will check everything with her once I'm back from a mini holiday. She's amazing and I'm looking forward to getting them more involved into forums :)

Did you ever stop to think that its just an account for the casino? Anyone can be logging into it to post. The original Mikey aka Ivan Ristic is no longer with the brands. A manager on chat specifically stated that he is no longer with them and acts as a consultant only now. I have no idea why anyone would come on here to say this other than provide a heads up. If you want to play with them, do so. If you currently are, and have had zero issues, great than let us know.

Also, why would they say Yabby is not affiliated with Brango, extreme and adrenaline? It always has been. So if that has changed, is it not reasonable to think there have been some other changes behind the scenes? Oddly enough all the chat agents, email formats, promotions etc are identical across the board for those three RTG sites. So something is just off.

In another place the same rep is also providing support for Yabby. So I'm not sure where this information from support was gotten.

Also while Mikey may have retired, it doesn't mean a management change happened in the sense your making it out to be. Your making it sound like the group may have been sold to someone completely different. From my bit bit of research nothing management wise has changed, just an affiliate rep may be leaving according to your e-mail. Yet also another 2 web sites to this day are still saying otherwise.

All I'm saying in the long run is the title is very misleading and makes it sound like the group may have gone rogue essentially. As long as folks are still getting paid and folks are still seeing same day cash outs. I can't see what the big fuss about someone deciding to leave a company. I mean it happens all of the time in the casino industry. Plus awfully funny on how you barely post and one of the few things you post about is how someone leaving is a really big deal.

Ivan is still with the company, but he might be focused on other things lately. Is that what this thread is about?
 
Not sure whether or not it has any relationship to any management changes, but just got an unsolicited offer from casino adrenaline to my email asking me to sign up for a 200% bonus (up to 1 btc, apparently?). Don't have an account there, but do have one at extreme, and haven't played or received any emails from them in a while - probably over a year.

Seems a little odd to offer a new account a $30,000 deposit bonus, particularly since I don't think casino extreme was offering bonuses of that magnitude. Well, I don't intend to try it out. Even in the past their slots were set to some absurdly tight setting, so even if nothing has changed I wouldn't bother with their games.

Not positive I'd this is how to just add 2 bits about a casino brought up in thos thread so let me know if it's not. Just quickly Yabby, I believe, has something different going last 6 months and 2 either makes rhe most unseansable decision on a payout or what took place was created to purposefully get players to void possible withdrawals. Technically I unknowingly played a restricted slot for $140 spins that in 2 years I've never spent $5 on and only did because I was near the point to cashout and because Yabby specifically suggests 3 games for me to play as I switched between different options all 3 cleopatra games. Moreover hit a mini jackpot on Hen House along the way for $750 that also was never replaced and to this day has not. No casino brick and mortar or any other real money deposits I make at other houses EVER allow access to any restricted game for the whole course of that specific play Yabby claims its standard atforma after rhe play through on rtg software that it resets and allows all games open thus need to pay attention. It's straight bullshit deposited there for over 2 years

I don't know if the management change is real or not, but the VIP scheme certainly is. I am NOT happy with it. I'm a "Super Platinum" at both Extreme and Brango, which used to mean bonuses the day after every deposit, racking up comp points fast, and no-max cash back (Brango.) Plus, a $500 bonus every month. Now, it's a percentage of deposits-withdrawals, with a max of 3X! Not cool, guys. Not cool.

Adrenalin seems to be solid and treats me right. Don't know what the difference is.

There are some important pieces that are confusing. Is he (this is you or someone else?) saying he made this big spin after the playthrough was completed or near the end while it was not completed? Was it a bonus that can be withdrawn after the playthrough or only used for future bets?

If you have a bonus that can't be withdrawn, you should generally consider that you're still under bonus requirements because that isn't real cash. Even if you're playing with the "cash" part of the balance you should be careful. Best to check with support to be sure.

If the bonus was withdrawable and the bonus playthrough was completed, it's a huge jerk move for the casino to try to take that money on claims of a bonus violation at that point, but it has happened before. I'm not sure of the opinion of the admins of the forum on that particular possibility. I'm sure they would agree it's a dick move, but I'm not sure if they would put it in the "yeah it sucks but you agreed to it" category or consider it an unfair practice.

You nailed it, I was super platinum as well and lost all benefits Except for the crummy 8% cashback which they even managed to ruin that as well. I complained and was told the changes were long overdue, I told them to close both accounts. I left Yabby open even though they cut back as well, just to play video poker. If there wasn’t a management change at this group then someone just took a massive shit on the clientele. Vote with your dollars folks, mine are going elsewhere. And the group still has massive network issues they won’t acknowledge, it has to be ddos attacks or they have the shittiest internet provider around.
 
Haven't touched these sites in probably more than two years but just got a random "forgot password" message from casino extreme. Don't know if it's a bug in their system, one of those things where they pretend to send you a "forgot password" message so you'll remember that they exist and go back and play, or if someone really is trying my email for some reason (only people who would have it would likely be if it leaked from another casino.)

Anyone else have a similar thing happen?

Yes this was a deposit bonus, which I rarely use for just this reason. Yet even with that I’ve never run across a house that allows any games to be played that would be against the coupons terms. That also being said, yes the playthrough had been played through by my guess about 1500.00. Moreover the choice to play this restricted game was SPECIFICALLY suggested it was 1 if 3 games suggested to play between game changes the other 2 also would have void the play. On top of that the history of my account would show I also had not ever spun a dollar through these 3suggested options. Incredibly on top of all this I also hit a minor random jackpot I am so sorry on henhouse that paid something like 1200 or something like that it was a minor not a major which to this date was never put back in the fun for hitting a random jackpot and I don’t know what the answer is about where that money comes from if it’s players money or if it’s house money or if it’s just don’t know what internal controls or the terms are for that kind of situation yeah it’s exactly how ridiculous it sounds after being associated with the house for over two years with obviously very minimum cash outs and finally thinking I could recover a small portion of my play. I’ve gambled for 25 years worked table games in the business for 12 years, I understand what it is to gamble and what rules get posted and need to be abided by. I also know the house can choose to just give a player 10k cause they wanted to, terms are made so there are not shots taken at the house not to manipulate so the house can get out of paying out a winner. I’ve never heard of any brick and mortar making this call nor would they and every online platform I’ve deposited at or affiliated myself with would never have this ever take place
