Funny things happening with netent balance whilst playing?

Has anyone else noticed this recently? Whilst spinning netent slots I have noticed some funny things happening. Stuff like my balance appearing to increase by the cost of a spin when I hit no win but then dropping down the cost of two spins immediately after? Or the result of a win being added to your balance before the spin even completes on screen? I think at the end of the day my balance is correct as I lost down to 0 lol but its a bit unnerving whilst playing!

First time I have seen this, netent used to work great in this regard.

Thanks Casino2014man glad to know its happening to others as well. Have to say it is really quite unnerving whilst playing, gonna switch to other makes of slots until its fixed. Hope its not going to stay like that.

Yes I seen it yesterday, Took a while for balance to update, at first I thought I was not being paid and would take a spin of be before balance was updated, Unsure it it did rip me of anything,

Yeah same here. It's only ever the price of a single spin, and it always updates properly after [the spin] but it's really annoying. You end up watching your balance more than your game

Only on Every Matrix I believe and something that was left after they fixed whatever was the problem the day before.
Not only the balance. When I had on autospin the buttons where blinking all the time. Also a lot of stuttering and disconnections.

I haven't tried them today so don't know if it's still there. Annoying but at least they worked at all

Interesting that it appears to have happened after a noticeable decline in netent wins and screenshots. Noticed the last few days more such posts about wins.

Could it be evidence of an update to fix some kind of issue?

Maybe games manufacturers shod be compelled as part of licence conditions to declare updates and make release notes public.

for me its only happening at Guts for about a week now. the stuttering and stops of every game I play, but getting kicked off the games every 5-10 minutes is driving me crazy.

all other non-download casino is working fine for me.

I agree, I have only seen it happen on EveryMatrix, the stand alone Casinos seem to be ok.

I've seen the same issue at Jetbull (Everymatrix) - It's extremely annoying and I rather not play if any site has the error.

been happening to me at guts with DOA if you get 2 scatters on the first 2 reels and your balance has gone up 18 you know the heartbeat is a waste of time.I noticed this last thursday the day after the site crashed with chat telling me it was to do with everymatrix.Tend to agree with what everyone has said here and wont be touching the site again until problem fixed.The one thing that did piss me off though was when i first queried it they were telling me to do this and that, delete this, get a new browser etc insisting the problem as at my end

In the thread about Guts they are reporting the same things. They are aware of the problem but I guess that it's so small that it would cost too much to close the games down just because of it. It won't help if all of the reps using EM's games would reply here either.

Next time write Every Matrix in the title and they maybe will read it, or they already have.
I have lost my money this last week to them who don't rely on EM. No problem anywhere else with the games

funny things indeed,put DOA on 100 auto spins with stop on free spins and came back to it 5 minutes later logged out and on free play
