Just going to point out that there are many casinos that offer the same bonus structure, not least the myriad of Caddel casinos, Leo Vegas, VeraJohn to name but a few & after recent changes, most casinos will have to do their bonuses this way. You are the ONLY casino to have bonus banned me ever, but you haven't just done it once, you have done it numerous times. While I understand it is a business decision, not telling players they are bonus banned until AFTER they have deposited for a bonus advertised is bad business and the main reason I stopped playing at ABC. Had you bothered emailing me to tell me, I might not have been happy, but I wouldn't have been as annoyed as I was. The Caddell group bonus ban people too, but at least email customers to tell them.

Its a shame as thats probably the only fault I would say exists with ABC.

This isn't something which is listed on our site from my knowledge. However, you should be able to find this by going to the Amatic site, as the provider will have this listed

Got this printscreen from support, checked the payment system immediately and something is not correctly set for the GBP currency on Skrill side.

For .co.uk traffic it's a bit different per game. I have the RTP per games available if you would like.

Book of Aztec which is pretty popular in the UK as it's basically a Book of Ra slot has a RTP variable RTP from 95.09 up to 97.63%

This is my problem though, legally you have to show the RTP, your support told me to look it up on their site (they don't provide it) and even then it is variable, theres a big difference between 90% and 97.63!

While your support on here is (and always has been) good, live chat is a different matter, you really should train them further. When I was asking about the RTP the support rep said it will be in the game but as they weren't in the UK they couldn't open it. So you are providing support who can't even open some of your games! The RTP information they gave was incorrect (this was on ABC) and the skrill problem was not handled well, if you look at the chat log, at the end she still said it was my problem and to contact skrill as it wasn't your end. 2 queries, both handled with incorrect answers doesn't look good, as I'm sure you will agree

Was looking last night for a bonus (as I do) and noticed AllBritishCasino after checking I had already signed up, After resetting my password and checking my transaction history it seemed as thou I hadn't deposited. I then deposited to take advantage of the welcome offer which smacks you in the face when you are logged in. It became clear after 10 minutes after depositing the bonus funds were not going to add automatically.

After messaging Ryan and emailing the staff of the site I was asked by Ryan to provide a screenshot of my transaction history in the morning. I went to do so and to my horror there were a few items in my transaction history. Had this been available to see last night I would not have deposited.

If I have deposited previously I'm aware I'm not eligible for a deposit bonus but considering I checked over 20 times last night while waiting for a reply I can guarantee my transaction history was blank last night.

I have asked Ryan(very responsive) for my deposit to be returned he has told me he will check why I could not see my transaction history and then get back to me.

I can confirm that the reason you did not receive the welcome bonus and spins on your first deposit at is because you made your deposit via Neteller. It clearly states in the Bonus T&Cs that those depositing via Neteller will not be eligible.
