Hi Bryan,

Thanks for the BBF on Fun Casino.

To answer the first question, which is a pretty important subject:

No, on FunCasino the one account rule for UK customers does not apply.
Meaning that if you have previously registered at one of the L&L casinos and you are not self-excluded on one of our casinos you will be able to register, deposit, play and withdrawal.
It is however important that if you have an active self-exclusion we will accept your registration but deposit and gameplay will be blocked, until you pro-actively optin to play.

Over the next few months this will apply to all casinos in the group.

Some cool stuff I would like to mention is that Fun Casino is the first casinos where we will be running tournaments.

At this moment we have two tournaments running:

$/€/£ 10.000 prize pool tournament for the "Best Multiplier Win" on Allways Fruits or Allways Win. This tournament ends on the 28th and 9 players will share in the prize pool with 5k for number one !

Furthermore we have a weekly tournament running for "Most consecutive wins" on the universal monsters slots by Net Ent: Phantoms Curse, Dracula, Creature from the black lagoon, Frankenstein & the Invisible man ! Prize for the player finishing first is $/€/£ 1000!

I've just tried registering and it says my e-mail already exists so cannot open an account. I know I haven't joined this site before, but clicked on the forgot password link and was told 'invalid e-mail', so clearly it doesn't exist within this site.

Sorry, but not moaning or anything, just highlighting a potential glitch!

Shouldn't be the case. Can you PM me your email address please and we will look into this further.

Cheers,
Ryan

Cheers Ryan.

My mistake, just found out I set a self exclusion at the All British Casino site 3 years ago (no idea why for so long, something must have upset me!).

My cock up, please ignore my message above!!

Hi Ryan!

I just signed up and noticed there is only 2 50% welcome bonuses?
No 100%?
Any chance of adding one in the near future? :D

Hi sapit222,

Thank you for signing up at Fun!

With regards to the welcome bonus, don't forget that you have 100 spins on first deposit (along with 11 spins on registration) as well as the 50% bonus up to 499.

With regards to changing it to 100%, there are no immediate plans to do this at the moment. To be honest, the casino has only been live a matter of months (UK not even one month) and the welcome bonus is working and converting players for us, some people are enjoying it. However, that doesn't mean it will stay the same, maybe for certain partners we can change that first bonus percentage. We are testing that at the moment.

As always, thanks for your feedback. We welcome all comments at this stage.

Many thanks,
Ryan

To be honest with you guys i dont expect it to light the online casino world on fire :p

Relatively small slots selection, 50% welcome bonus, with 50x wagering and your deposit is tied down together with a bonus... honestly id rather play with no bonus than take bonus with those terms. If anything i consider that bonus for casinos, not players :)

Not to mention your bonus is only available to like 7 countries, not exactly sure whats the reasoning behind that move because its rather hard to abuse 50% bonus with 50x wagering and people are hardly going to come in masses for it?

I obviously havent played there and dont plan to, so i guess its just my 2 cents from skimming through your site and bonus T&C

@RyanABC you said your bonus is converting players to your casino, so kudos to you but i fail to see how would it convince someone to switch from sites like VS, Slotsmillion and dozens of others that have either better terms, bigger slots selection, or both? I understand how someone playing at a place with higher wagering (and there arent many actually), or random casino licensed in curacao might find your site as a godsend but for seasoned players here it just boils down to... just another casino, with worse terms and slot selection than currently leading casinos :=)

For example SM has weekly 40% bonus with lower wagering, much bigger selection and their bonuses let you cashout early if you dont touch your bonus funds. Your welcome bonus is 10% higher than their weekly bonus. VS has everything really.

Im saying this from players perspective as im naturally looking to get more bangs for my buck, so why would i, or anyone here switch from any of our current casinos to ... Fun casino? :p

and seriously, who came up with that name ?

tldr: i dont want to sound like a little whiney %(#( but i really see no reason to even make a single deposit there and i thought id let you know why i think that way. I wish you guys best of luck with BFF of course and im sure you will pass it without any problems but as i said your newest casino really doesnt offer anything that would make it stand out, thats all.

I had a small go, got my monies worth with decent play time.

Simple and easy to navigate. It seamed like it was eating alot of my computer resources like memory etc ? I have not come across a site to chomp up as much usage as this site, I did not dig deeper into see what was the cause, your side or mine but there was no reason to be my side. Next time I have a go I will see if the same thing happens.

Not really no complaints. Yes like apple said there is no much incentive to join but what site is now day's. As long as there is fast withdraws / good CS and no errors than what really more can you ask for now days. If a site can not get them 3 things right than it would be time to shut up shop

Nothing stands out here to entice anyone to sign up to be honest aside from they are an honest group.

50% welcome bonus and only 2-3 providers.

Hope to see some improvements because the group does seem good staffwise.

yggdrasil, elk, BTG, merkur, thunderkick are some of the few providers that should be added.

This to me seems like a way not to start up a casino

Not played with this group for as long as I can remember, unluckiest casino (ABC) for me, no other reasons.

What I will add at this stage however is from a low roller / low weekly budget point of view, it is not all about the SUB.

Where potential to grab business is in player retention, not just deposit £20 for 10 FS on Starburst, worthwhile reloads and offers to make the low roller want to give you that day's budget or that days deposit.

Offers such as gadget giveaways or leaderboard type setups another no go, no chance against the hi-rollers out there.

Got a chance to nail it here guys, grab it with both hands and of course I genuinely wish you the best of luck!

Beware Jono, they're even more keen on bonus banning than Caddell are. One of the reasons i was given for being bonus-banned, was that I cashed out as soon as I'd completed the wagering

At least you got a reason, I just get randomly bonus banned for no reason whatsoever, think its happened 5 or 6 times now, so just don't bother depositing anymore.
I think they first time it happened they said it was because I took a high percentage of bonuses (the only time I got a reason for it), and at the time I had made something like 10-15 deposits and the only bonus I had taken was the welcome one!

Good luck with your BFF Jan and Ryan, sure you will get through no problem :)

In my opinion a bit more needs to be made of this. Its one thing to run your casino how you want, and of course its your preogative to ban whomever you want for any reason you want.

Its quite another to approach a player friendly forum to get a baptism of fire endorsement from them whilst having the same shitty attitude with regard to bonus banning, like it doesn’t matter to the player experience, and then not to even bother to give a proper valid explanation.

I know there is a commercial element to the baptism of fire process - and thats fine - but come on - how is this running your casino in a player friendly way? Thats setting aside the uninspired bonus offering and limited game selection.

Everyone here is generally magnanimous with the new Casinos coming on board through the baptism of fire process - I think thats been illustrated by the previous posts in this thread, but when any negative observations are raised they just seem to be brushed aside or even ignored. Such dismissivness weakens the endorsement as a whole rather than strengthens it.

Here's the original thread, and the casino's response is post #25
