Was just told by RyanABC All British rep I could have my deposit returned with a 5% fee deducted .

Despite there not being a service fee on withdrawals seems I am being charged 5% for not playing ????

I have concluded this with yourself privately, however just to make clear on the forum. Its states in our T&Cs that if you wish to withdraw funds without placing any bets you will be subject to a admin fee of 5%.

Please note that our technical team found no reason for not being able to see your transactions prior to your deposit, nor did we receive any other such complaints.

Very disappointed you couldn't find the problem I was having. Not sure if you can tell or check but I spent over 40 minutes checking transaction history last night and I can assure you it was empty until I received your reply this morning asking for screenshots.

Next time I will be wise enough to screenshot any problems (now my son has drilled me how to do it) personally I won't be using All British or Fun casino again but thanks for checking up on it Ryan I do appreciate it.

I am sorry you feel this way. However we think 5% admin fee is very fair compared to the standard industry alternative where you cannot withdraw funds without wagering them at least once.

You are still more than welcome to use the funds to play at the casino and then withdraw your balance for no fee.

Had a technical issue getting the CM bonus myself but was credited by Ryan hours later.

Made a W/D and was processed within 12 hours.

All in all, apart from the above, no issues.

Few points and apologise in advance if I’m a bit dim today...

Ts and cs say that only allowed one account across all L and L, but I don’t think this applies to Fun?

Any plans to have upload facility for verification? I’m not keen on emailing such...

The bonus terms, unless I’m blind, are hard to find. I wanted to see if I could play DOA with them but the link to it in the main terms is just a general statement to each promo is specific. But when I click on the ts and cs beside each active promo it directs me to this generic statement.

5% is very fair for money laundering. The 1 x turnover that casinos have in place is to prevent them being used to launder money is it not? How does a 5% charge stop ML?

The 5% rule is only one aspect of the fight to counter money laundering, while I understand that it might not be considered a big hit for anyone looking to break the law, we need to strike a balance between keeping it a mitigating factor for such individuals and for providing a fair exit for anyone who changes their mind about using our service.

While the turnover rule is more effective towards money laundering it creates far more unfair situations for the consumer. The 5% is not a profit making fee, it covers the average cost that must be paid to cover that transaction. When you turnover your deposit at least once, as a thank you from our end, we cover that cost.

Having said that, we're always open to feedback and if there are any suggestions on how to improve customer experience while maintaining our regulatory obligations, we'd be thrilled to hear them.

Thanks for the reply Ryan, to be clear I wouldn't have a problem with the 5% charge (assuming I changed my mind rather than an issue preventing me playing from your end) I just didn't understand how it sat with AML guidelines

I am glad that despite the small hiccup that you have had a generally positive experience at FUN!

With regards to the T&C's stating that you can't have an account at FUN and other L&L casino's, that was stated in error and has now been removed. Thank you very much, this was in error and has now been removed.

As for a verification upload facility, I can't guarantee that this will be there in the future, but sure it one of the many improvements that are being considering. I will pass your feedback onto the relevant team.
