Frustration with CWC

I have to wonder if things will ever be "uniform" in the world of Club World Casinos.

I have had withdrawals to "paymycard" in as little as 48 hours after approval.

Withdrew on a Tuesday, approved on Thursday, in my bank on Saturday. Other withdrawals fairly quick too.

This last week, withdrew on Monday(ClubWorld), approved on Thursday, nothing yet in bank and it is Tuesday of the

next week.

I have had withdrawals from Lucky Red, Buzzluck and Manhattan Slots. Emailed them about the withdrawals, always

get quick pleasant responses. Also, e-mail from them when withdrawal is processed, "just to let me know".

I e-mailed Clubworld on Thursday 04/11/2013 since my withdrawal was still "pending" 68 hours after request.

No reply what-so-ever. Sent a second e-mail the next day....... no reply.


I don't understand how several casinos (all under the same umbrella) have different reply technics. Even harder to

understand, is the fact that the replies from their "sister" casinos, the "pleasant" ones, come from the same place.

I.E. [email protected] even though it is about say, LuckyRed or Buzzluck.

Why so many differences within the SAME company?

I did send a pm to "ClubWorld" user and I got a reply from her. I thought I

would hear from Tom.

She asked for my id at the casino but, I haven't heard anything else.

I guess all I can do is cross my fingers for tomorrow.

It is their loss though, because when I have a "pending" withdrawal from

them I often "suspend" playing at ALL of their casinos until I get the

payment. That can and does result in my spending money at sites other

than theirs, where as, if payment was made quickly, I would be playing

again at one of their sites right away.

I hate to do it that way, but there has been too many "frustrating" times

such as this.
 
If its any consolation to you in no way are they trying to stall payments. Frankly, this sort of abnormality is not confined to CWC. Slotocash pays much quicker than its sister casino ie Desert Nights but I have learned to live with it as I am pretty sure its not because they want to stall. Its rather a matter of inefficiency or a little incompetence.
 
I too am waiting on a paymycard withdrawal that should be here. Requested early Sunday morning, finally processed Tuesday afternoon, after contacting Karolina, Here it is a week later, no money. P.m.ed Karolina yesterday after 7 day wait, said the processor had a little issue but I SHOULD have my funds by the end of the week. I pm'd back to ask what the "little issue" was, and why it happened every time I had a withdrawal. No answer as of yet. So I am done for a while, seldom have a cashout and when I do, just a headache. I said their processor needed to quit withdrawing deposits from my account until they could manage to send my funds to the same account. It is just too irritating, though I don't think CW does it on purpose, I surely do wonder about their processor(s) and I always wonder about their cashiers, why a paymycard withdrawal should take 2-3 days to process is certainly beyond my understanding.

Just to let you know, I received my pay-out this morning at my bank.

Karolina was helpful and replied to my pm quickly.

It was a total of 10 days from withdrawal request to my bank. I know they are capable of doing

better but some things are beyond their control.

BUT, I still think a player SHOULD NOT have to contact a "rep" to get answers.

I am sure they have their own responsibilities without having to intercept on behalf of

players that SHOULD be able to get the answers they need from a "skilled" and "responsive"

support team.
