OK, I just wanna vent. Having lost on most deposits during the week I was anxiously waiting for the single cashout from an accredited rtg casino so that I can play during the weekend. Normally they pay in 24 hours so when more than 50 hours had passed I went to live chat to enquire about it. I was told that they will process my withdrawal when 48 hours have elapsed and this means since my withdrawal was initiated on Wednesday my withdrawal will be completed on Friday and that since its then the weekend its possible my w/d wont be processed yet. So 48 hours means 2 business days extending into the weekend. I dont really mind such delays normally but their logic or rather lack of it amazes me. I have total confidence in this group and actually lost some deposits to other casinos in the group this week but sometimes its hard not to get frustrated especially when you are low in funds.

I don't blame you..honestly, I've never understood if an online casino wants deposits on the weekend why can't they pay on the weekend? Otherwise, you have a bunch of overworked cashiers on Monday morning:p

I agree Chu.
There is absolutely NO reason that online casinos cannot pay out 7 days a week, except possibly for bankwires as banks don't open on weekends.
Otherwise, ewallet transfers should be almost instant once verification is done.
Could be time to go elsewhere with your money mate.
Totally agree.
If chuchu is a long-standing member at this accredited casino (which I assume he is) he should be getting the royal treatment - not the royal run-around waiting for his money.
What is up with these bloody casinos these days!

If fast cash-outs are important to you - vote with your feet people!

..And, THIS is why I have stopped playing at certain reputable rtg casinos.

Depositing, is easy.
Simple and very very fast process.

Withdrawals, are 'hard'.
There seems to always be some sort of drama associated with getting your money.
However, taking our money is never a problem.

Most of us are starting to grow bored with this dynamic. We are starting to go back to real land-based casinos. Where when you win, you actually WIN.

Thanks for the replies fellas. The w/d is still pending in the cashier and it was initiated on the 22nd at 4am whereas its now 8pm on the 24th (casino time). I choose this casino and group because they have fast cashouts and if you lose/deposit during the week they always throw you something the following week. Alas, no such thing recently and on this occasion my feeling is that they are finally adopting stall tactics. Could be I am being over-sensitive but 48 hours is 48 hours and cannot simply be regarded as 2 working days and using this excuse claim its the weekend for not processing the cashout. Well, it sucks for me not to be able to play during the weekend but if even this group deteriorates then I am not optimistic about playing at any RTGs.

Agree= Most RTG I play out pay quickly= Inetbet . Slotastic and Jackpot Capital= High Noon did pay very quickly when I had my big win but since then I seem to be personna non grata there (something I beleive is happening to a few others per another thread).

Biggest weekend problem is Micrgaming though and there I have voted with my wallet= Thursday through weekends are 32red only zones due to pending periods and weekend non cashouts- occasionally play another like gowild late Sunday night but 32 red gets my play in the period when I have the most time to play.

Seems the casino's might want to realise this as i am sure others are doing the same.

well though in all fairness, it IS your signature chuchu!

But hey I know what you mean about frustration - we've had a postal strike going on here in Canada for a couple weeks - any checks we're waiting for are in limbo right now. And although most casinos don't send promos through the mail, some do....also in limbo.

So I'm also not able to play this weekend. :(

Fair enough if endofesau was Chu's friend but he isn't. It seemed to me it was a personal jibe. We can sometimes be self-deprecating but its different when someone is saying it.

Maybe casinos use the Bank of Hotel California, where your money can check in but it can never leave. Hope it comes sooner than later chuchu.

lol

I have the impression that deposit and withdrawal processes sometimes are not controlled by casinos but for third party companies.

Is this true?

??? I don't have to be anyone's friend to quote something he said. What I posted was in fun spirit. Chu's signature fitted the moment.
