Thanks did not have any as seems yours was from europe targeted campaign.

Here is a shocker, email from 32 red yesterday saying credited my account with free games, took a look and nothing, trying to get hold of help is another story, live help button there but just brings up blanks, so I gave up, After reading the email again it states spins on bikini party or dragon dance, So I log in and yes there was 20 free spins that I used on Bikini party, won just over a squid,

So check accounts on them games

No email for me and won't bother checking as i never ever received free spins from them. Getting used to being ignored by 32RED. :eek:

They probably think because I deposit so much i don't need some free spins :rolleyes:

I got reply from support mate. If you do a screenshot that proofs when u received email then they will credit the spins manually. All that for a couple of spins hehe oh well. I did send them original email where time is in it but that was not good enough :D

Here comes strange part. Seems must been delay on Gmail net. As in email header states i received 20:01 but in my email client I received the email 23:13. Very strange oh well no spins for me then lol

It happens every time they send me an email, I'm on hotmail. the one from yesterday was received early this morning

I've reported it to them previously, but they didn't seem particularly interested, and were adamant that they send them out on time.
But it never happens with emails from anyone else, and if you're gmail and i'm hotmail. then it's more likely to be a problem at their end

Its a strange one, I defiantly got mine, at one minute past the start time, Still that does not give you much time, people are not on email 24/7,

I bet there email provider gets jammed when sending the mass emails out

Criteria has changed however. I have not deposited for a while at VS and it will not allow me to redeem the voucher due to this.

Not a problem of course a few FS don't bother me but just saying it did not 'block players' due to this reason in time gone by.

Yeah I got email from Sky Vegas as well £10 scratchcard as well.

I found out if you exit that scratchcard without buy it then you have £10 to play with instead? :)

Yeah I won £20 on those £10. I found out you cant just exit and play slot hehe.

Seems you have to wager x5 only on the scratch cards.

But I bought £2 after my first win and won £10 more. Done some more down to £24 hoped i could had played slots now GRRRR

Don't know as emails from VS weren't getting to my inbox. I took the code from here at CM at the time and redeemed it. Later it said, game not allowed. So i checked with CS and they said: "no worries, leave it with us". 10 minutes later i had an email that i had FS on a Netent slot.

I only started getting email from VS since i changed to a Gmail address.
