Its a bit better than the other day, As stated any wins from playing other machines will be void, Now they left that bit out, Some one needs to sort the terms out. Can you play other machines but wager wil not count? Who knows but I will not take it up as rules and terms are bad enought to read at any site

Bad business practice!

They would have seen a deposit, maybe two from me the other day when they ran their initial GNR promo.

Soon as I read that they were there ready to hung draw and quarter anyone who dare do a single spin on any slot other than GNR I broke land speed record in the other direction.

I would have thought that these casino promotions in general (not just Casino Room) would involve some form of management/staff, discussion/meetings.

My question is when they went to the bonus slots section did only Guns And Roses show up as eligible slot to play on either both promotion?

By the way only allowing play on one slot has been seen as an awful promotion by the players and I have heard that some have been caught out by it, players don't see the potential for Big wins in the slot itself and aren't warming to it. Problem if you took the bonus and went to the bonus games part off the website and GNR wasn't there alone and you played some off the other slots listed and had your withdrawal knocked back.

I asked them about this and they didn't answer me with there reply.

What it was on the first offer the bonus and deposit funds could only be spend on G&R or winnings would be void, That deal would be perfectly ok as that was the deal, No problems there, But the terms was hard to find as links in the eamil was not working,

Got this email from Superlenny yesterday.



Made a deposit.

No £1000 in my account. Assume therefore I have FS on incinerator or Second Strike.

Couldn't find these on mobile earlier. Emailed support. Was told they "might not" be available on mobile (are they or aren't they? shouldn't support know this basic information).

Anyway, decided to check when I got in. Searching the site for both games draws a blank.

Live chat apparently available 1000 - 2400 CET but not when I tried to start one.

So replied saying the games aren't available.

Anyone else been caught out by this, again from Superlenny?

Super my arse.

What a joke.

PS. Laptop used had never visited Superlenny before so no cache or cookies issues.

Logged in yesterday and saw different information on the site, it said instead of second strike it was something else they would be on.. Maybe guns n roses.

I did not deposit because thrills always mess these up for me so I couldn't be bothered as the information was differing here..

Think its the last time I take one of these offers. Aren't worth the hassle.

Last time I won 50 FS on Pyramid but they didn't apply them. Took a couple of days to sort and then they applied them at Thrills rather than Superlenny where the offer related to.

Seems they never learn from their mistakes but we certainly do.

Always pains me to criticise them as Erik is a great rep but consistent issues with promos is easily avoided.
