I would a seperate thread in this as I can surely follow you in their failure in this. Maybe submit thread from start in bonus complaint section? So this can be proper discussed as not many follow this free spins thread anyways. To give 50 spins on starburst is more an insult than help. I received the offer at 15:35 UK time. So not really LEoVegas fault. Its their mailing company error because players based in other countries should had the mailer earlier. This is not something the casinos controls themselves only their marketing department. Reason it is hard for their casino support to assist players on that please remember that guys. Not trying to defend them but that is how it works.

SORRY 200% offer i found in my emails was the one for live casino on Wednesday......

I'm chasing hard on this one because Leo Vegas is my bogey casino, I recorded my biggest ever one session loss at this casino. And playing their just reminds me off this.

It's annoying that they didn't even address my free spin promotion that was for 2 coins that only paid for one coin.

Also for that promo they say in the terms and conditions "Free Spins will be on a different game each day with a different value which is to be determined by Leo Vegas" So a £270 loss at the casino qualifies for the daily free spins but you are only awarded an increased free spin offer for one day off 1 extra coin than the bare minimum amount that didn't even work.

And since I have had a cash balance and waiting for this to be sorted I haven't played any off the daily free spin promotions.

I see what there newest email will be after I complained about false advertising and enticement off a deposit before I go and do anything else on this matter.

Should off added panic attacks are awful. Did you get any diazepam for it from the doc? If your going to try cutting down on the cigs again your GP should give you some Diazepam just incase. It's hard to get but if you went to the GP first time round and talked about the side affects you should be alright especially as you don't drink alcohol and aren't likely to be addicted to anything else like it. (Just don't tell GP about the slots.)
