I seem to have a VIP wheel and a normal one.

Played bothered earlier got £25 on the VIP spin and £2 on the normal one. Will have a bash once they are credited
 
Check you Vera&John account I myself received €5 spin credit for Zeus Slot but can be used on any WMS slots. Then when u have won or if u win on them then any winnings is playable on all slots with 40x :)

YEAH I had played the €5 on Double Buffalo Spirit instead of Zeus 1000 as each spin on that is €0.50 and can suck ur €5 dry quick.

Got 5 spins as well I'm not very chuffed if I'm honest I just checked my deposit history at Casumo from 1/10/15-present I've deposited nearly €400...Pretty poor. Guts would have given me 15-25 rounds...:mad:

Thanks had a check on this mate but nothing. Also did not have other than a email about their 50 days of festive fun. And nothing inbox in casino account and nothing in bonuses. Guess a long time loyal player who made many large deposits with loss does not count for them. Be it not depositing there again I will stick to where I get rewarded or get nice treatment like Casumo, BetAt, Guts and Vera&John.

Thats the only email I had in a very long time, What annoyed me is he kept banging on about they can add it manually? Not quick enough to add the £2 low, received email and they said sorry and they can add it manually, (deposit bonus )

Just doubled checked and they have removed the 100% up to £50 but the message is still there about the £2

I was ask to take a screen shot, delete cookies, try different browser and than log in and out, I am sorry but all for £2 and 100% match up to 50? Just about any site would of just added the £2 and than said if you make a deposit pop back on chat,

Last few weeks hardly any of my free spins (awarded next day after a deposit) have not happened then had to spend time chasing support usually getting bad info or waiting hours.

Some of them I will only play when these offers are available as there are better incentives elsewhere for day to day play. If our only interaction with casinos is when were annoyed because we've done what they ask but they haven't then they're going to go down in our esteem.

Today's casino is very highly rated but this is far from the first time with them. On one occasion I had to go as far as sending a screenshot of their transactions page to prove i qualified. I thought that was appalling.

Another one on had to wager deposit x time by a set time. It wasn't clear and they initially refused to honour it even though that day I ended up wagering many times the requirement.

That one had to be (and was) solved by the rep but the CS were just being arseholes.

Last week I "won" 50 FS which weren't applied. Took a full day to resolve and then they were awarded on another site in the same group for some reason.

Its bad enough that the spins are delayed until next day rather than immediately available but this type of thing just adds insult to injury.

Happens too often now to seem like incompetence. Wonder if it saves money as people forget or can't be bothered to chase.

Think I'll put my "angry complainant" and "naming and shaming" hats on from hereon in.
