I had the same issue but presumed the book of dead spins were credited instead of the frogs n flies money. Either way can't really complain as it's a no deposit freebie. And I'm sure we have all cashed out a few times from freebies on the cadell sites. I cash out more from there free spins, then when I actually deposit. Rigged I tell thee!

Upto 28 days mate they told me, I told them to stick the money as the chat agent i spoke to treat me like a liar and had me online questioning me. Sent them the transcript and next day they gave me £20, busted out in minutes but we least it’s dealt with.

Please do keep us up to date if they credit it to your account. Might go check my accounts if they do see if my stuck winnings are credited aswell but I doubt it.
