Fred and Frank Casino seems to be quite promising. They have shown interest in becoming Accredited - so here we go. :D

They have a massive amount of games available - are licensed by the Swedish authorities and MGA (sorry no UK :().

You can sign up directly here: Frank and Fred Casino.
Their review is here: Frank and Fred Casino Review

And please welcome their casino rep: Garn.

Please post your observations, criticisms, comments, and kudos here.

Good luck guys - 60 day BBF period.

Have played quite a bit at their site. Had some pretty good loyalty-things going on, and some nice bonuses from time to time.
Would have continued to play there if not the swedish license had forced them to remove everything thats even remotely close to a bonus.
This applies only to Swedish players if i understand the laws right tho, so give them a go if you are not from sweden. =)

Edit: I should add that its a perfectly fine place to play even as a swede. Its just that most sites with swedish license is more or less the same since the bonuses got removed.

Welcome and good luck with the BBF!

Ive played a lil bit before at their casino and havent had any problems.

Im checking the review here at CM and their site and lots of providers and games are missing for swedish players sadly. :(

No BTG, Blueprint, Greentube/Novomatic etc... :(

We can just play around 400 slots and its mostly MG, NetEnt and Play N Go.

I think you might be selling them a bit short by not mentioning quickspin, btg, pushgaming, relaxgaming, yggdrasil, pragmaticplay, nolimitcity.
And those are just the ones from the top of my head. Plenty of providers aside from mg,netent and payngo. =)

Yeah, they have a few small providers also, but missing the best ones though (BTG, Blueprint, Greentube/Novomatic ).
Most of their games are from MG, NetEnt and Play N Go.

Hope they will get the missing providers soon.

Hi everyone!

Exciting times ahead, and thanks in advance for any feedback!

With regards to Sweden.. We've kept a close eye on the regulator throughout the Spring, and unfortunately, as you say, we've realised we cannot offer anything bonus-like. We'll keep our ears close to the ground and ensure we'll offer anything that is deemed OK from the regulator.

In terms of the game selection for Sweden, as has been pointed out, we are currently missing out on a few of the most exciting content. This is basically due that some regulatory requirements had not been implemented correctly by our partner, causing us to have to take a lot of games down for the moment, until they've been properly configured. I don't have an ETA at this point in time, but it should not be that far off in the future and I'll ensure to update you in this thread once we have them back Online.

Best regards,
Simon

Hi helfast,

Yes, we both have plans, hopes and dreams to open up for Canadians to play with us. But the process is currently in a legal limbo, and I don't have any ETA or such as this point in time. As soon as I know something, I'll ensure to update you!

They've always had Blueprint and BTG for Finland at least. Nice site overall played there a few times.

Hi Mr Bagel,

Unfortunately, not as of yet. As a new and small team we've had to focus on a few markets to ensure the experience with us is as good as possible. UK is, at least in my humble opinion, a beast in itself. And currently we are not able to manage all the operational requirements for the UK market. As we want Frank & Fred to be available to everyone, this will change as soon we have the capabilities.

And based on current plans, UK will pop up on our Roadmap by Q1. Once I have something definitive, I'll let ya'll know!

Not overly wowed.
Was trying to reach live support and even though I was first in line I never got through.
Then I sent an e-mail and I've not heard back in 24 hours.
Also, you need to remove bonuses manually even after you zero out.
That applies to the free spins rewards as well (3 spins for 'level up') so it's quite a mess after a long session.

Also, there's a hefty 5% deposit AND withdrawal fee when using Skrill.
FAQs state no withdrawal fees so it needs to be changed.

Is there a charge to withdraw my winnings?
No, of course not. You get unlimited free withdrawals!

Hello Garn,

i got a question concerning bonus terms. So far i have navigated your site and tried to read about the bonus / turnover requirements.
Unfortunatly i was unable to find the "FAQ" page which is mentioned in the T&C´s since it is not linked up or visible anywhere.
As this is an important information for a customer i wonder where it could be located?

No criticism on that one but if the FAQ page is just gated, i would refrain from registering with your casino since this is not transparent enough for a customer to make an informed decision right before registering with any kind of service.

Can you please clarify?

Thank you in advance.

I had trouble finding this as well.
It's located under the live chat button top right corner.
Should definitely have it's own section.

Thank you very much for your help. Yes indeed thats a hidden location.
I think that should be changed for a better place.

Hi,

@refre thank you for bringing this to my attention. We'll ensure to update this. Most methods have no fee, but on f.e Skrill & Paysafe Cards there currently is.

@alcatraz, Great point. It's not in our interest to hide anything, especially important information such as Bonus T&Cs. Currently the important terms are included in each offers landing page, which you find under the "Read more" button. Further detailed information is found in the FaQ section as refre pointed out. I'll speak to the team and see how we can make this information more accessible.

I am sure that is not for the purpose of hiding informations.
Whenever things like this happen, i just start scratching my head (confused).

However thank you for your time and answer.

That's not accurate. Out of 7 deposit methods only 2 are free.

Also, I made another post about support and having to remove bonuses manually.
You may have missed it. I have not yet heard from support on my simple request to change the e-mail address on my account.
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Hi refre,

My apologies, I had indeed missed your earlier post, sorry!

- Payment methods. I've spoken to the Payment team and we'll review & update accordingly. Will update you in this thread on the actions taken, hopefully later during today.

- Manual bonus forfeiture. You are correct. At this point in time we unfortunately do not have the technical possibilities to automatically Forfeit/Wager bonuses once the balance reach f.e €0-€0,50. It's a feature we've requested, as it's convenient for everyone. Unfortunately I have no ETA as of yet.

- Update E-mail. Due to security measures, to update an E-mail address on an account has its own process. It's unfortunately not as "in the good old days" when this could be sorted directly by just hitting an update button (at least not in our systems). It might either be that the agent missed to reply to your initial request after escalating it, or it might unfortunately be down to man-power. Due to leave, sickness and recent departures, the Norwegian support team is currently struggling a bit. This should be a non-issue shortly, once new agents completed their training.

What could speed your errand up is to send it to the English support@frankfred.com address.
